In the upcoming episode of Zee TV’s Saru, unexpected obstacles challenge Saru just a day before her crucial exam. Saru and Phulla return to their hostel room only to find it flooded with water. While Phulla worries about how Saru will study in such conditions, Saru remains determined, assuring her that where there is a will, there is a way. Refusing to let circumstances defeat her, Saru decides to fix the leaking roof herself and heads to the storeroom to get cement.
Meanwhile, Anika overhears about Saru’s plan and smirks to herself, convinced that Saru’s luck is about to run out. She plots to ensure Saru doesn’t reach her exam the next day. As Saru works in the storeroom, the lights suddenly go off. Before Saru can react, someone strikes her on the back of her head, rendering her unconscious.
Anika then executes her cruel plan by pouring wet cement over Saru’s feet, trapping her. She coldly tells the unconscious Saru that leaving Mumbai is one thing—but tomorrow, she won’t be able to leave at all.
