The episode starts with Karthik returning home and greeting his mother Kanchan. Karthik asks Kanchan how is she. Kanchan says she is fine. Ranjit also comes and gives the good news to Kanchan that Karthik is going to stay here from now onwards. Kanchan gets excited hearing it. Ranjit asks Karthik what has he brought for him from London. Karthik gives cigarette lighter to Ranjit. Ranjit thanks Karthik. Ranjit later asks Karthik to go and meet Kanika as she is really upset with him. Karthik leaves from there.
Karthik comes to Kanika’s house and greets Chitralekha. Chitralekha asks Karthik what has he brought for her from London. Karthik gives lipstick to Chitralekha. Chitralekha praises Karthik. Kailashnath comes and greets Karthik and asks him to go and meet Kanika. Karthik agrees and leaves from there.
Karthik comes and greets her. Kanika gets excited seeing him. Kanika asks Karthik when has he come. Karthik talks to Kanika and gifts Kanika a perfume. Kanika later talks to Karthik and reveals to Karthik that last night her friend Gowtham proposed to her but she rejected him and told him that she only loves Karthik. Karthik gets upset hearing it. Kanika asks Karthik to give her some time and says they can leave to a party. Karthik agrees. Karthik leaves from there.
Deepa and Jyoti wait for the bus that leaves to Hyderabad. Deepa and Jyoti get on the bus and leave to Hyderabad.
Karthik thinks how can he tell Kanika that he only sees her as a friend and he cannot marry her. Karthik looks at Deepa’s locket and recalls how Deepa saved him when he was a child and how Deepa’s father Krishna was killed by his car. Karthik doesn’t know child Deepa and Krishna’s daughter Deepa are the same person. Karthik thinks he can only marry child Deepa as she saved him when he was a child.
Kanika comes and says to Karthik she is ready. Kailashnath says to Karthik that Mahindra is thinking about opening a restaurant on a highway and asks Karthik what name should he name the restaurant. Karthik looks at Dadi Kanika’s photo and says Kanika restaurant. Kanika thinks Karthik names the restaurant after her and she hugs him. Chitralekha takes a video of them. Kanika thanks Karthik. Kanika later leaves from there for a reason.
Chitralekha comes to Karthik and shows the video to Karthik. Karthik says to Chitralekha that he has to tell her something and says he only thinks of Kanika as a friend and says he can never marry her and he only thinks of Kanika as a friend. Chitralekha asks Karthik if he has told Kanika. Karthik says he is taking Kanika to tell her. Chitralekha asks Karthik not to tell Kanika and says this is a sensitive issue and she will tell Kanika. Karthik agrees.
Karthik takes Kanika and leaves from there. Chitralekha thinks Karthik has threw wrench in her plan as she thought of doing Kanika’s marriage with Karthik then she will rule the whole property but Karthik doesn’t have intention to marry Kanika. Chitralekha thinks she has to do something.
Deepa and Jyoti come to Hyderabad. Jyoti feels excited seeing Hyderabad for the first time and she talks to Deepa about it. Jyoti asks Deepa about her father. Deepa stays silent.
Karthik says to his parents he has to leave on work. Chitralekha asks Karthik to take Kanika with him. Kanika asks Chitralekha to allow Karthik to go and says she also has some work. Karthik takes Chitralekha aside and asks Chitralekha if she has told Kanika. Chitralekha says this is a sensitive issue and asks Karthik to give her some time. Karthik agrees and leaves from there. Chitralekha thinks she has to do something pretty soon if not things will go out of hand.

Precap:-Deepa comes to Hyderabad to look for Bhanu and she finds he is married to someone else. Deepa confronts Bhanu. Bhanu says he has only married her because he couldn’t stand Vijayanti nagging him all the time.
Deepa runs into Karthik in Hyderabad. Deepa recalls how Karthik killed Krishna in a car accident and asks Karthik to leave them alone and leaves from there.
