The episode begins with Lakshmi taking the injured Karan to a hut and making him lie down on a cot. She notices that Karan is crying in pain. Gathering courage, she sterilizes a knife using a lighter, removes the bullet from his leg, and tightly bandages the wound with a cloth. She reassures Karan that he will be fine and asks him to remain calm. Karan looks at Lakshmi with admiration as she tells him to rest. Soon, he falls asleep, and Lakshmi steps outside.
Lakshmi escorts the passengers safely to the police. When the police ask if anyone is left behind, she explains that Karan is injured and resting in a hut and that she will bring him soon. Suddenly, the goons arrive and start firing. Lakshmi tries to escape, but one of the goons catches her and hits her on the head with a revolver.
Meanwhile, Karan wakes up and looks for Lakshmi. The goons lock Lakshmi inside the bus and set it on fire by pouring kerosene. Lakshmi screams for help as the culprits cruelly tell her to die and leave. Despite his bleeding leg, Karan struggles to reach the bus. Seeing Lakshmi trapped inside, he ignores her pleas to leave and enters the burning bus, covering himself with a cloth. Lakshmi struggles to breathe and soon loses consciousness. Karan wraps her in a blanket and manages to pull her out just before the bus explodes.
Karan desperately asks Lakshmi to open her eyes, and she slowly regains consciousness. The goons return, point guns at them, and question how they survived. Just as they are about to shoot, the police arrive. The goons take Karan and Lakshmi at gunpoint to escape. Karan asks Lakshmi if she trusts him. When she nods yes, he cleverly diverts the goon, pushes Lakshmi toward the police, and saves her. During the firing, one goon is shot while the others escape with Karan. Lakshmi is left worried for him.
Later, Lakshmi wakes up at home, calling out Karan’s name. She asks Dadi if the police brought Karan back. In tears, Dadi tells her that the police are still searching for him. Bhavani arrives and cruelly calls Lakshmi inauspicious, blaming her for Karan’s condition and questioning whether he will return alive. Dadi scolds Bhavani for her harsh words. Lakshmi firmly promises to bring Karan home safely.
