The episode begins with Aditi asking Rishi if it matters to him if she stays in his house or not, but Jhanak will stay there. Rishi tells her that he can’t tolerate her threats anymore. So if Aditi wants, then she can go and stay in her father’s house. Aditi asks why Jhanak would stay in her in-laws’ house. And why she should stay silent when Jhanak insults her parents. Sanjhbati says Jhanak is not the kind of girl who would disrespect anyone without reason. The nurse tells them to be silent.
Jhanak introduces Dritimaan and Sanjhbati to Parashar. She says they treat her well. Parashar asks her to not trust city people. Jhanak tells him that few people know how to love truly. Parashar asks her to come with him to the village. Sanjhbati tells him that Jhanak can’t study if she goes to the village then. Parashar says Jhanak needs to stay alive, and that’s his priority. Aniruddh says Jhanak is Parashar’s daughter; that’s why Parashar cares about Jhanak this much.
Parashar says Jhanak is his daughter even though he is not the biological father of her. But Aniruddh did not fulfill his responsibility as Jhanak’s father. He tells Aniruddh that Nutan did not beg the latter for anything. He says they gave a good upbringing to Jhanak, and she knows to fight for her rights. And Aniruddh will be exposed in front of the world.
Jhanak tells Parashar that Aniruddh forced her to react by insulting Nutan. Aniruddh asks her whether she thinks he is scared of her. Jhanak tells him that she will tell the truth to the world. Arshi tells Aniruddh that all this is happening because he brought Nutan from Kashmir. And Rishi is behaving like Aniruddh. Rishi asks her not to compare him with Aniruddh. He says Aniruddh ruined Nutan’s life and wants to ruin Jhanak’s life now. Aniruddh asks Rishi whether the latter wants to marry Jhanak. Rishi asks why Aniruddh came in between his and Jhanak’s marriage.
Aditi asks him what he wants. Rishi says he wants Aniruddh to respect Jhanak. He warns Aniruddh not to disrespect Jhanak again. Dritimaan asks why Aniruddh is complicating the matter. Sanjhbati says Aniruddh and Arshi never treated Jhanak well. Aniruddh asks why he would be silent when Jhanak tries to ruin Aditi’s life. And he knows Jhanak wants his wealth, but only Aditi has rights to it. Dhamu tells Aniruddh that they are greedy.
Parashar asks whether Aniruddh forgot his marriage with Nutan. He says Aniruddh spent the night with Nutan in Simulboni. Jhanak says she will fight for her rights. Arshi tauntingly tells Jhanak to fight. She says Jhanak can separate Rishi from Aditi. And Jhanak is like her mother. Rishi tells Jhanak to fight and never back off because he will support her. Aditi asks him whether he is leaving her for Jhanak. Rishi tells her that he never said that. And everyone has the right to know the truth. He requests Parashar to not take Jhanak from there. He promises to protect Jhanak.
On the other side, Dadabhai tells the police inspector to start the investigation and find out the truth of the fire accident. Putul says someone deliberately tried to kill Jhanak. Neelu says Jhanak is a maid, so her family is overthinking. Abhimanyu asks who will benefit by killing poor Jhanak. The police inspector asks them about caterers. Dadabhai replies that Aniruddh hired caterers. The police inspector says he wants to talk to Jhanak. Putul tells him that Jhanak will reach home soon. The police inspector says he will question the Chatterjees too. He asks why Jhanak was staying there. Abhimanyu says they were giving shelter to Jhanak; that’s it.
Dadabhai tells everything to the police inspector. Neelu asks him to not forget Aditi is the daughter-in-law of this house. The police inspector says he is glad Dadabhai told all the truth. And it seems like there is a motive to kill Jhanak. Abhimanyu asks why dadabhai don’t care about Aditi and Rishi’s relationship. Dadabhai says Aditi is not responsible for Aniruddh’s wrongdoings.
Later, Neelu calls Aniruddh and tells him everything. She says police are checking the catering service. Aniruddh tells her that the catering service won’t say anything. Neelu tells him that he has become the prime suspect. Aniruddh tells her that law asks for proofs, not stories. Neelu asks him to be alert. Aniruddh thanks her for telling him everything. He says he knows what to do and disconnects the call. He tells everything to Arshi.
On the other side, Aditi tells Rishi that he supports Jhanak shamelessly. But he never supports his wife. She says she won’t spare him and Jhanak. And Rishi did wrong by going against Aniruddh. Rishi tells her that he understands her emotions. And it’s not a fight between them. He says Aniruddh did wrong, so it’s a fight between Jhanak and Aniruddh. He asks why Aniruddh is trying to buy everything with money. Aditi tells him to shut up. She says she wanted peace; that’s why she brought Jhanak home. Rishi says he knew about Aditi’s intentions.
Aditi asks him whether she is mad to love and care about Jhanak. She tells him that he always lied to her. And even Jhanak lied to her. Rishi tells her not to stoop low. He says Aditi is not thinking like a neutral person. He tells her that Aniruddh did wrong with Jhanak. Aditi tells him that Aniruddh did nothing wrong. She asks him to throw Jhanak out of the house. Rishi says he won’t fulfill Aditi’s demand. Aditi says she will throw Jhanak out of the house because she brought Jhanak there. Rishi says Jhanak won’t go anywhere.
