The episode begins with Urvashi telling Virat that she arranged a party for him. Virat asks her whether he can invite his friends to the party. Urvashi replies he can do that definitely. And she will also send an invite to his friend Rohan and all. Virat’s father tells her that Rohan’s good friends broke friendship with Virat when he left the house. Virat tells his father that they were not his friends. And he will show who are real friends. Virat’s father asks Virat not to embarrass him and goes inside. Virat murmurs he will try that definitely.
On the other side, the doctor tells Suhas about Hetal’s health condition. He gives information about bipolar disorder and says Hetal is a bipolar patient. Anvita asks how to find out when Hetal reacts due to disease. The doctor tells them to notice Hetal’s reaction. He says Hetal will get angry suddenly when she is happy. Suhas says he has witnessed that. In the past, Suhas gave flowers to Hetal, and she got happy. Then suddenly she gets angry without any reason.
In the present, Doctor says Hetal will go into depression suddenly. Suhas says Hetal behaved like that in the past. The doctor tells them that he is not scaring them but alerting them. He reveals Hetal may try to commit suicide because she will get that thought suddenly. Anvita recalls how she saved Hetal when the latter was walking aimlessly on the road. Suhas tells Anvita that many years back, Hetal tried once. The doctor tells them to notice all the behavior of Hetal. Anvita recalls how she warned Hetal to stay away from kids. She says that’s not possible. And how can they blame everything on disease? She tells the doctor that her mother left them. The doctor says Hetal was not a bad mother, but she was sick. Anvita gets shocked hearing this and leaves from there. She recalls the doctor’s words about Hetal.
Suhas comes there. Anvita tells him that she thought her mother snatched her childhood from her and she hated her mother. But now she is getting to know this, and she can’t hate her mother. She asks who snatched her childhood. And this is unfair to her. She cries. Suhas hugs her.
Anvita reaches her house with Suhas. She gets shocked seeing Virat there. She asks him what he is doing there. Virat replies he came to invite for a party. Anvita’s siblings and Suhas get excited and agree to attend the party. Virat asks Anvita whether she is feeling FOMO because others are coming.
Meanwhile, Sanjay’s senior officer asks Sanjay to accompany him to the party. Sanjay agrees. Later, Anvita tells Diya about taking a loan to manage the cafeteria. After some time, Sanjay gives a saree to Anvita and asks her to wear it for the party.
Later, Urvashi gives the outfit to Virat and asks him to wear it. Virat asks whether he should wear that expensive outfit for his father. Urvashi asks him to wear it for her. Virat agrees and looks at the outfit.
