The episode starts with Judge granting permission to Kadambari to fight her own case and he asks advocate Sujin to help Kadambari. Kadambari thanks him. Judge asks Rajveer to proceed. Rajveer says before starting the case I want to conduct Dna test between Kadambari and Titli to know if Kadambari is really Titli mother or not. Kadambari says this is Juggal murder case and why my daughter is involved in it. Rajveer says past needs to be investigated to know the motive of Juggal murder so it’s mandatory to know if Kadambari is Titli mother or not. Judge asks Rajveer to say valid reason then court will grant the permission. Rajveer says i want to call Pushpa to witness box. Judge says permission granted. Pushpa enters the witness box.
Rajveer asks Pushpa from when she knows Juggal. Pushpa says me and Juggal are childhood besties. Rajveer asks Pushpa to tell court how Kadambari married Juggal. Pushpa says Kadambari tricked Juggal and Juggal married Kadambari to save Chawl. Rajveer says Kadambari blackmailed Juggal for marriage. Kadambari says its Barter and Juggal married me to make chawl people get their chawl. She says Juggal married me with his wish and we are happy in our married life and Titli is proof. Rajveer says i want that character statement so DnA test needed. Rajveer says Pushpa and Kadambari had challenge and Pushpa won the challenge and according to condition Kadambari had to leave chawl but Kadambari didn’t ask she became pregnant and won’t it be coincidence. Kadambari says it’s coincidence but I told to Juggal about my pregnancy after confirmation. Rajveer comments on her and asks Pushpa what happened next. Pushpa says Juggal didn’t stop Kadambari from leaving but I stopped Kadambari out of sympathy but that mistake of mine costed Juggal life. Pushpa tells Judge that Kadambari is insecure of my friendship with Juggal from starting. She says i did wrong by giving chances to Kadambari.
Rishabh on call asks Rashi if they can meet. Rashi says I need to take care if kids as everyone went for court. Madhumati hears Rishabh talk. Rishabh insists Rashi to come to drink tea with him but Rashi refuses and cuts the call. Madhumati asks Rishabh why you’re chasing Rashi as Rashi already broken the engagement and i will get you beautiful girl. Rishabh warns her to never do it and leaves.
Kadambari asks Pushpa why you stopped me from leaving chawl before. Pushpa says I’m not like you and I’m a mother so felt sympathy for you knowing you were pregnant but Juggal is correct to not trust you and you’re lier. Kadambari asks how you’re sure that I’m not pregnant. Rajveer says i want to call Doctor Sowmya a to witness box for unveiling this secret. Sowmya enters the witness box and says Kadambari was not pregnant 8 years back and she acted pregnant. Rajveer asks why you gave fake pregnancy certificate. Sowmya says Kadambari lied to me saying her husband is abusive so I helped her. Rashi cooks. Rishabh joins Rashi.
Kadambari says i lied to get Juggal trust but later i became truly become. Rajveer asks Kadambari for proof. Kadambari says yes and gives them bills and details. Rajveer says from that hospital only many kids dosaaprerd .
Rajveer says Rekha dissapeared all of sudden too. Rajveer later calls Prarthna to the witness stand.
Rajveer asks Prarthna about Rekha. Prarthna says while interrogating Shobhraj Rekha’s name has came up and they tried to catch her. Prarthna says they have gone to Wagdi village to catch her. Prarthna says they caught her and put her in jail but she escaped from jail and comments on it. Rajveer explains to the judge that the Sarpanch of Wagdi village is none other than Kadambari.
