The episode starts with Karthik running into Deepa who is waiting for him outside the house. Karthik recalls Deepa telling him that he should not buy any dress for Jyoti but he still bought a dress for Jyoti. Karthik says to Deepa that he knows she came here to talk to him about buying a dress for Jyoti. Deepa says to Karthik that she has brought this dress to give it to him so he will understand they do not need his charity. Deepa comments on Karthik and asks Karthik why has he bought a dress for Jyoti when she has asked him not to do it. Deepa asks Karthik what are his intentions behind befriending Jyoti. Karthik says to Deepa that Jyoti has small wishes and dreams. Deepa says to Karthik that her mother is there for her and asks Karthik not to try be father for Jyoti. Deepa comments on Karthik and asks Karthik who is she to fulfill Jyoti’s wishes. Karthik asks Deepa who is she to save Bhagyasree. Karthik says to Deepa it is a good thing nothing happened to her if not. Deepa says she would have gone to her father. Karthik asks Deepa what about Jyoti. Deepa stays silent. Karthik says to Deepa that he is just trying to tell her he doesn’t have any ill intention towards befriending Jyoti. Deepa comments on it and tries to leave. Karthik says to Deepa that he has ran into Bhanu in the shopping mall and he also saw Jyoti. Deepa asks Karthik if he said anything to Jyoti. Karthik says no and asks Deepa to tell him what kind of a problem she is in. Deepa asks Karthik what will he do after knowing about it. Karthik says he will help her if possible. Deepa asks Karthik to stay away from Jyoti and says that is the biggest help he can do. Deepa leaves from there. Karthik apologises to Deepa in his heart and says to Deepa that he cannot do it and comments on it.
Shobha serves food to Bhanu. Shobha later puts a lot of mirchi powder and salt in the food so that he will have some pride and backbone. Bhanu asks Shobha why is she doing all of this. Shobha reminds Bhanu that he said Deepa and Jyoti have left from here but they saw Jyoti at the shopping mall it means Deepa is also here. Shobha comments on Bhanu and asks Bhanu to decide if he will wear this bangle or her. Bhanu asks Shobha to leave from here. Bhanu says to Deepa in his heart that she has made a mistake not going back to the village. Bhanu says to Deepa in his heart that he will kill Deepa and the person who has raised his hand on him( Karthik).
Ranjit and Kanchan talk about Kanika. Karthik decides to tell his parents that he doesn’t want to marry Kanika. Karthik tries to speak about it but Kanchan stops Karthik and says to Karthik how deep of a bond there is in between Kanika’s family and their family. Kanchan asks Karthik to never say to Kanika. Karthik thinks Kanchan will be really upset if he tells his decision to Kanchan so he doesn’t speak about his decision to Kanchan.
Deepa comes to her room and Jyoti is shown to doing a drawing under the bed. Deepa looks at the colour pencils and asks Jyoti who has given them to her. Jyoti says Karthik has given them to her. Deepa asks Jyoti to only ask her if she wants anything not Karthik. Jyoti asks Deepa if she shouldn’t ask anything from Karthik. Deepa stays silent.
The next day, Deepa makes Rangoli. Jyoti comes and wishes a Deepa a happy birthday. Jyoti shows the drawing that she made to Deepa. The drawing gets blown by the wind. Karthik catches it. Jyoti says to Karthik that the drawing belongs to her. Karthik asks Jyoti why did she draw the drawing like this. Jyoti says Deepa always holds her hand so in this drawing Deepa holds her hand and she has been searching for her father from when she came here so she drew her father as a kite and written Papa on it. Jyoti takes the drawing and shows it to Deepa and asks Deepa how is a the drawing. Deepa says it is great. Jyoti asks Deepa if her father will come today to wish her. Karthik overhears it. Deepa sends Jyoti to pluck flowers for the Rangoli and she wipes off the letter papa on the kite of the drawing thinking Bhanu will never come to them.
Jyoti tries to pluck the flowers. Bantu stops Jyoti. Jyoti says she will complaint to Bhagyasree. Chitralekha takes Bantu aside and asks Bantu not to stop Jyoti from plucking the flowers as a big argument already happened before. Chitralekha takes Bantu and leaves from there.
All the family members wish Happy birthday to Kanika. Karthik wishes happy birthday to Kanika. Kanika asks Karthik where is her gift. Karthik thinks he hasn’t brought a gift for Kanika. Chitralekha puts a rose in Karthik’s hand. Kanika thinks Karthik brought this rose as a symbol of his love towards her. Kanika accepts the gift. Karthik tries to tell the truth but Chitralekha stops Karthik and comments on it.
Karthik takes Bhagyasree aside and informs her that today is Deepa’s birthday also.

Precap:- Jyoti informs Deepa that a demon has arrived. Deepa comes to the gate and sees it is Bhanu.
Deepa asks Bhanu why has he come here. Bhanu asks Deepa this house belongs to Karthik who thinks of Jyoti as his daughter. Bhanu says to Deepa that he is taking care of Jyoti like he is father of Jyoti not him. Bhanu asks Deepa if he thinks of Deepa also as his wife. Deepa says to Bhanu that she will not give an explanation to an animal. Bhanu admits that he is an animal and says he came here to bite her. Bhanu asks Deepa to come with him and tries to take her away. Bhagyasree slaps Bhanu and says Deepa will not go anywhere. Bhanu asks Bhagyasree who is she to tell this. Bhagyasree says she is telling this as mother of Deepa.
