The episode starts with Sowmya asking Adit why he didn’t bring anything for her and questioning whether he forgot about her and the baby. Kusum asks her to calm down and says that she brought a gift for her. Kusum gives her baby shoes, but Sowmya gets angry. Ishana notices Mangal’s earrings and says they look beautiful and expensive. Kusum reveals that Adit gifted those earrings to Mangal, which makes Sowmya furious. Ishana compliments Adit’s choice of earrings, and Adit smiles.
Later, Mangal steps onto a stool to get her medicine but is unable to reach it and almost falls. Adit arrives in time and catches her. He asks why she is moving around and reminds her that the doctor advised her to take rest. Mangal says she couldn’t get the medicine. Adit scolds her for not asking for help and hands her the medicine. Mangal winces in pain. Adit asks her to rest for three to four days until she fully recovers from the bullet injury. Mangal agrees.
The next day, Kusum serves tea to Adit and Sudesh. Sudesh asks about Shanti and Mangal. Kusum says Shanti has gone to her home and that Mangal seems to be resting. Mangal then comes to the hall and asks the children to collect their bags, saying she has packed everything and they are leaving the house. Sowmya feels happy, thinking Mangal is leaving. Kusum asks Mangal why she is leaving. Mangal says she wants to build a home with her children and asks Kusum to take care of her health and medicines. Sowmya confidently says Kusum doesn’t need worry, as she will take care of her.
Kusum gently requests Mangal to stay for a few more days as she hasn’t fully recovered and asks Adit to stop her. Mangal insists she can manage and tells Adit that she is leaving with the children. Kusum urges Adit to do something, but he remains silent. When Mangal tries to open the main door, she finds it locked and asks for the key. Adit admits he has the key and explains that he locked the door after noticing her packing, as her health is not stable and the children would suffer too. Sowmya is shocked. Adit asks the children to go to their rooms and take their mother with them. Mangal tries to argue but fails. The children are happy to stay with the family, while Sowmya suppresses her anger.
In the room, Adit speaks on the phone, saying he has sent the prescription and will arrive soon. Sowmya confronts him, asking why he is showing so much concern for Mangal and demanding the truth. Adit reveals that Mangal was shot and narrowly escaped death, which is why everyone is worried. Shocked, Sowmya questions him about what happened in Georgia. Adit explains that they didn’t inform her because the children might panic. Hurt by her accusations, he says she always thinks he is wrong and walks away.
Sowmya wonders how Mangal survived the bullet injury and consoles herself that Mangal is only a temporary guest. Meanwhile, Mangal starts unpacking her luggage. Elsewhere, Sowmya secretly pours oil on the floor. When Mangal comes out of her room, Sowmya pretends to slip and screams to grab Adit’s attention. Adit rushes to her, and Mangal follows. Sowmya claims she doesn’t know how oil spilled there. Adit carries Sowmya to her room. Sowmya thinks that during her godbharai, Mangal will leave after seeing her happy moments with Adit.
Sowmya instructs the decorators to beautifully decorate the house for her baby shower. Adit questions the excessive arrangements, but Sowmya explains that it is her first godbharai and it makes her happy. After Adit leaves, the decorator warns Sowmya that placing a mirror in the mandir with decorative lights is risky, as it can easily break. He adds that halogen lights increase the risk. Sowmya dismisses him and later secretly instructs another worker to install halogen lights near the glass in the mandir, planning that the light will break within minutes and fall on Mangal when she comes for pooja.
