The show begins with Mahakumbh, which happened in 2001 at Pragyaraj. All the gurus and agoris get gathered. They wonder why they are gathered there and what the issue is. A man comes there and tells them an issue is going to come. He apologizes to them for gathering them like this. He says their goal and enemy are the same. And a new issue will come after 24 years. Guru asks that man what the latter is saying. That man replies that Graha is saying this, not him. And an enemy country will attack them.
Guru says the enemy country does that always. And how that man is predicting the future. That man replies he is a professor, and he did research on their country’s horoscope before coming to this conclusion. He reveals he went to Nadi Mandir to confirm his prediction. Guru asks why they are meeting now when the issue will come after 24 years. The professor says he got information from the border that the enemy country started sending their pawns to India.
Meanwhile, Parmeet asks his wife, Nimrat, whether she completed her packing. Nimrat asks him to keep quiet and let her do her work. Parmeet tells her to do it fast because they have to cut the cake for their son. And they have to go out tomorrow for vacation. They hear the doorbell ringing. Parmeet opens the door and sees few men. He asks them who they are. One man thinks they faced so many difficulties to cross the border illegally. He lies to Parmeet that they are going to Mahakumbh. And they want water. Parmeet welcomes them and asks them to eat something. He says his family is also going to Mahakumbh tomorrow. He takes them inside. He sees the passport of them. So they kill Parmeet. Nimrat gets shocked seeing this, and she screams Parmeet’s name.
Guru asks the professor what the solution to this issue is. And who will save them? The professor says she will come, and no one can stop her. Guru asks who she is. Professor says she is Shiv’s vadharni, Naaglok ki rani, and Anantkul ki naagrani, Ananta. Sanyasini says Sheshnaag’s clan has been ended. The professor says that’s impossible because Sheshnaag has Shiv’s blessings. Guru asks where they can find Ananta. A few months back, Priest tells Professor where the latter can find Ananta. And the professor should tell Ananta to prepare for the battle.
In the present, Guru asks who will search for Ananta. The professor says he will find Ananta, who has the powers of Sheshnaagin. Later, Professor gives his research details to his son. He asks his son to keep that safely, and he has to leave now. And maybe his life is in danger. His son gets worried. The professor says he has to go to Ananta. He advises his son to choose country always. He leaves from there.
Parmeet’s friend tells his wife, Shalini, that Parmeet is not picking up the call. Shalini watches the news and gets worried. The professor comes there and says he came to meet Ananta. Shalini’s husband tells the professor that no one lives there as Ananta. The professor tells them that only Ananta can kill their country’s enemies. The men who killed Parmeet hear this. And they kidnap the professor.
Shalini’s husband opens the door after hearing a door-knocking sound. Sheshnaagin comes there and says she needs help. Shalini notices Sheshnaagin is pregnant and takes Sheshnaagin inside. Sheshnaagin gives birth to a baby girl. She says she knows she won’t survive. She asks Shalini and her husband to take care of her daughter. She tells them to protect her daughter at any cost.
A few hours back, Sheshnaagin talks to her daughter, who is in her womb. She sees a few foxes coming towards her. She runs from there to save herself and falls down. Then she attacks the foxes. In the present, Sheshnaagin says her daughter’s name will be Ananta. Shalini and her husband get shocked hearing Ananta’s name. Shalini takes Ananta and smiles.
Those men beat Professor and ask who is coming to kill them. The professor says she will come. He tells them that they can kill him but not her. He says Ichadhari Naagin will come, and she has Shiv’s blessings. He dies.
After 24 years, New Delhi
Shalini tells her husband that they came to Delhi from Amritsar, but he still has not been changed. Shalini’s husband asks her not to worry because he arranged everything. He asks about their daughters. Shalini tells him that they went for shopping.
In the market, Ananta takes a snake. Everyone gets shocked seeing that. That girl keeps the snake beside Shivling (the Karpurgauran song plays in the background). She chants Jai Bholenaath. Her neighbor praises her. They ask Ananta about Purvi. Purvi falls on the mud. Ananta runs to Purvi and helps the latter. Purvi shows the earrings that Ananta wanted. They reach home. Purvi asks why she has not gotten a call from Ananta’s news channel yet. Ananta asks Purvi not to worry about that. Shalini’s husband asks Purvi whether she booked tickets for Pragyaraj. Purvi replies she forgot. Shalini’s son Rohan says he booked tickets. He calls Purvi stupid and dumb. So Purvi cries. And Ananta chases Rohan to beat him. Uttara Naagin and another see Ananta’s house. They talk about Ananta. Ananta sees them, so they hide from her.
Later, Ananta gets ready for the party. Purvi says Ananta is pretty, and so is her life. Ananta says Purvi is her jaan. She asks Purvi to get ready for the party. And she will make sure Purvi gets a job at a news channel. Purvi says, but Ananta is the fashion designer of anchors.
Meanwhile, everyone congratulates Aryaman. Aryaman’s assistant tells him that she is getting married. Aryaman tells her that that’s horrible news. Pinky and Nisha come there. Nisha asks about the party. Aryaman says he is busy so they can enjoy the party. He learns about Parmeet’s arrival and goes out. He calls Parmeet “Dad.” Parmeet congratulates Aryaman.
In the temple, Uttara tells the junior naagin about Shivanya and Shivangi’s story. And she tells Bela, Brinda, and Bani’s story. Then she tells about Pratha’s story. And then Pragati’s story. She says now Ananta’s story will begin.
Shalini talks to her husband about Purvi’s secret. She says they gave Ananta a name to their daughter. And changed Ananta’s name to Purvi. Meanwhile, the junior naagin gets shocked seeing Purvi’s portrait in the temple.
