The episode opens at night with Krishna watching over his wife Khushi, who wanders restlessly in anger and distress. Concerned for her safety, he intervenes and forces her to return home. However, Khushi is far from grateful. She firmly warns Krishna to never appear before her again. Krishna, deeply affected by her words, knows in his heart that he cannot obey her command so easily. As he returns home, his mind remains occupied with thoughts of Khushi. He wonders what destiny will use as an excuse for their next encounter and prays silently to the Almighty for guidance. His prayer is answered unexpectedly when he discovers a photograph of Khushi’s mother hidden behind the bed. Instantly, Krishna understands that this photograph will become the reason for their next meeting, and he thanks God for the sign. Meanwhile, Khushi prays with equal intensity, asking God to ensure that she never has to see Krishna’s face again.
The following morning, Khushi opens her small ironing shop in the local neighborhood, determined to rebuild her life independently. Her stepmother Mamta blesses her and encourages her to start anew from nothing. Khushi soon receives a few orders to press clothes, which fills her with renewed hope that her business can flourish again. As she goes to place the money safely in her cash box, she suddenly realizes that she has mistakenly left her mother’s photograph at the Mehra house. At that very moment, Krishna appears before her holding the photograph. Overwhelmed with emotion, Khushi thanks him sincerely. Her unexpected warmth confuses Krishna, who is unable to process her sudden softness. He also seeks blessings from Mamta, but Khushi quickly loses her patience. Krishna, unable to restrain himself, continues talking proudly about their bond and jokingly remarks that the shop feels incomplete without a photograph of the two of them together. His endless chatter irritates Khushi further.
In his attempt to win her heart, Krishna goes to every possible extent. He even hands over one of his own shirts to be ironed. Though Khushi presses it, she once again strictly orders him never to appear before her again. Unknown to them, Queenie and Nandita have been secretly following Krishna and discover that he has been constantly tracking Khushi. Queenie becomes alarmed and decides that Khushi’s business must be destroyed, or Krishna will never agree to marry as planned. She fears that Dimpy would also lose control if she finds out that Khushi is living in Delhi. Their plan is to force Khushi to leave the city by ruining her livelihood.
That night, Krishna dreams of Khushi sitting beside him, comforting him and giving clarity to his uncertain future. He wakes up feeling helpless, realizing how incomplete his life feels without her.
Khushi continues working late into the night. Mamta urges her to eat dinner, but Khushi refuses to stop working and asks Mamta to leave the food at the shop instead. Unexpectedly, Krishna arrives and secretly feeds her from behind, revealing how deeply attached and lovestruck he has become. His obsession with being close to her grows stronger with each passing moment. Queenie, still watching from afar, realizes that drastic action is now unavoidable.
The next day, an elderly neighbor insists that Khushi follow a traditional ritual that requires her to visit the temple sitting on Krishna’s lap. Khushi, however, refuses outright, unwilling to listen to any such suggestion.
