The episode starts with Seher saying to Ayesha that she will help her to escape from there. Ayesha says that it’s very hard to escape from this place. Seher says that she don’t need to worry about it. She heard Tahir is searching for Ayesha. She hides inside a cardboard box along with Ayesha. Moulana notices the box and scold Tahir for placed it in the corridor. Seher leaves from there before he come there. Meanwhile, Kausar thinks that Farid won’t help them once he learn that Seher is going to marry Mahid. He won’t help Seher to pursue her dream to become a doctor. She shouldn’t inform him about it. Kausar asks him doesn’t he met Mahid. He is Moulana’s son.
What is his problem? Farid says that he can’t share his patient’s problems with others. It’s matter of his privacy. It’s his ethics. Kausar mentioned to him about Mahid’s anger.
Farid says that he has anger issues. But he got engaged to a girl. She is bringing light in his life. He can see the changes in his life. He wish Mahid marry that girl and lead a happy life together. Kausar fears that Farid may arrange Seher marriage with Mahid. She shouldn’t inform him about it. Farid gives few books to her. He says that it’s for Seher. He gives the flight tickets to Kausar and inform her that 4 clock is their flight. She can go to Delhi. His friend Myra will help them there. Kausar feels guilty for suspected his good intentions. She praised his act. She says that Farid brings lights into her life. She started dreaming to make her a doctor again because of him. He gives a phone to her. She thanked him. Later, Seher deliberately damaged the almira and ask two students to place it outside. She introduced herself as Mahid’s fiance.
Later, Mahid notices that everyone’s is busy. Moulana informs him about Ayesha. Her father pleads with him to find out his daughter. One boy made her fall into his love. Mahid assures him. He met the two students and learnt about Seher’s act. Ayesha thanked Seher for helping her. She asks her to leave asap. Mahid stops her lover and beaten him. Seher is shocked to learn that he isn’t her brother but lover. Seher stops Mahid from beating him. He confronts her intentions. She admits that she wanted to free her but she isn’t unaware he is not her brother. Mahid scolds her. He gives a reality check to Seher. He advised her to think about the family’s pain once she got free from them. She shouldn’t think about herself selfish. He asks her to leave before someone notice her. Later, she returns to home. Kausar shares the happy news with her.
