The episode starts with Sanjay going in front of Suhas and telling him that he was planning to pick him up. Suhas says he isn’t the same, so they don’t have to worry about him. Anvita checks whether Suhas had alcohol or not. Suhas asks Anvita to believe him that he has changed. Hetal rebukes Suhas for leaving her alone. Suhas calms her down and says that he brought something to celebrate Anvita’s success. Everyone gets happy. Anvita cuts the cake while everyone cheers for her. She feeds everyone the cake and also dances with all of them. She dances with Sanjay. Virat, who walks past the place, sees this and gets hurt recalling the moments he has spent with Anvita.
Later, Anvita goes inside to bring a blanket for Chiku, but she accidentally gets trapped in a room. So she starts calling out for help. Virat arrives there and starts breaking the door lock. Anvita thinks it’s Bandya or Siddhu, so she asks them to open the door immediately because she feels claustrophobic. Virat remains silent and refuses to reveal his identity. He continues to break the lock. After the lock breaks, Anvita opens the door and finds Sanjay on the other side. She hugs him. Virat, from his hiding spot, recalls how he hid himself after seeing Sanjay’s shadow. He leaves from there without their knowledge. Sanjay is seen comforting a restless Anvita with his assuring words.
Afterward, Virat drives recklessly in his vehicle. Suddenly, a girl appears in front of his vehicle, causing him to brake. The vehicle behind Virat’s then bumps into his. Virat exits his jeep and begins questioning the girl, who is busy trying to find a stray cat that was seeking her help. She urges Virat to help her, saying the cat is her spiritual animal. Also, because of his interruption, the cat ran away. Virat gets annoyed. The man whose car was damaged arrives. He holds the girl responsible for his damaged car and demands money from her to repair it. The girl refuses, but Virat gives the man the money and sends him away. The girl questions him for giving the money. Virat responds impolitely. The girl ignores his rudeness. She starts talking about destiny and fate. She believes that she will meet Virat again. Virat calls her belief nonsense, then he leaves.
Here, Anvita gives instructions to her younger siblings. Madhuri blesses her new beginning. Anvita gets happy and emotional, then she leaves with the kids. After reaching the Divekar’s house, she asks both Siddhu and Bandya not to get sad seeing Hetal’s state because the doctor has already instructed them everything. She also lightens up their mood by sharing her ideas of how to change Hetal’s mood. Suhas arrives there and blesses Anvita for her new beginning. Anvita gets emotional. Siddhu takes their photo. Suhas regrets that his past actions cost Anvita’s life, but Anvita tells him that whatever she is doing is for her, not for them, then leaves. Meanwhile, Sanjay shares his frustration with Madhuri about Anvita not having time for him. But Madhuri advises him to support Anvita, or else he will have to face the consequences of Anvita never needing him. Sanjay refuses to think that anything such will happen. He then smirks, recalling the photo of Suhas and Virat holding an alcohol bottle.
Precap: Virat meets Anvita in his new avatar as a businessman. He tells her that he has bought the property in which Anvita is planning to open the café. Virat also warns Anvita not to remove the banner of Verma Heritage, or else she will have to face the consequences. Anvita is shocked.
