The episode begins with Viren telling Kadambari that Pushpa was right—she and Juggal are not Titli’s real parents. Kadambari argues that she raised Titli as her own daughter. Viren counters that raising a child does not make her the biological mother and demands to know who Titli’s real parents are. Kadambari lies, claiming that Rekha brought Titli to her and that she has no knowledge of Titli’s biological parents. Viren accuses her of hiding crucial information, which led to their defeat in the custody case. Enraged, Kadambari vows not to spare Pushpa once she is released from jail.
At home, the family tells Pushpa that even after his death, Juggal proved how much she mattered to him by ensuring through his will that Titli would remain in Pushpa’s custody if anything happened to him and his wife. Pushpa agrees and adds that they must also search for Titli’s real parents. Meanwhile, a tearful Titli wonders about her true identity.
Rashi tells Rishabh that she is happy because her mother got major relief in the custody case and suggests shifting to their new flat. However, Rishabh refuses, saying they must stay with his parents. Remembering Swara’s words, Rashi accuses him of deceiving her and expresses her disappointment.
Pushpa, Dilip, and Prarthna visit the hospital to gather information about Titli’s birth. Elsewhere, Rashi confronts Rishabh about his lie, reminding him that she clearly stated she could not marry him if he refused to move. Rishabh admits he lied because he did not want to lose her but insists he cannot abandon his mother. Hurt and furious, Rashi accuses him of betrayal. In anger, Rishabh throws a vase.
At the hospital, the receptionist informs Pushpa that retrieving old case records is difficult as she is new and advises them to return the next day to meet the doctor. Unnoticed, Viren’s henchman watches them and later informs Viren that Pushpa and her family are inquiring about Titli’s birth at Vaishnav Nursing Home.
Titli breaks down in tears. Swara consoles her, explaining that her father wanted her to stay with Pushpa if anything happened to him and her mother. Titli asks when her mother will be released from jail and whether she can go to her maternal uncle’s house. Swara encourages her to follow her father’s wishes. Ashwin overhears the conversation and feels relieved by Swara’s understanding.
Viren informs Kadambari about Pushpa’s hospital visit. Kadambari instructs him to meet her in jail the next day with money, promising a plan to handle everything. She adds that the jailor must be paid more to secure her support. Viren agrees. Later, the jailor reminds Kadambari of her promise, and Kadambari assures her that arrangements will be made before Viren’s visit.
Back at home, Pushpa supervises the workers as Ashwin and Chirag join her. Pushpa updates them about the hospital search. Ashwin says Swara’s issue is resolved, as she understands their love and has reassured Titli. They notice the children having breakfast together.
Elsewhere, Bapodhara and Sushila argue until Chirag intervenes and rebukes them. When Bapodhara questions his presence, Chirag firmly states that this is his wife’s house and he has every right to be there. Sushila takes Bapodhara inside. Chirag then discusses the progress of Titli’s case with Prarthna and tells her that both he and her in-laws are waiting for her to return home soon.
