The episode starts with Sadhika asking Sanya where she is going. Sanya tells Sadhika that they should give aarti to the groom. Sadhika says there is no need, as she has already prepared the aarti ki thaal. Sanya asks Sadhika whom she is talking about. Bhajan asks Sanya to come and see for herself.
Gini gives aarti to the groom. Raghav asks Gini what is going on there. Gini asks Raghav not to interrupt the ritual. Raghav asks Gini why she has come there. Gini tells Raghav that she will explain later and invites Abhay into the wedding venue.
Sanya is shocked to see Gini performing aarti for Abhay. Sadhika comments that Abhay’s ex-wife Gini has given aarti to him, and now he is going to marry Gini’s sister, Anjali. Aarti arrives and says she would also like to perform the aarti ritual, as Abhay is going to be her father. Aarti gives aarti to Abhay. Ved asks Aarti to stop and tells her that she is insulting Abhay. Aarti responds with a comment. Ved asks Abhay to come with him. Aarti asks Ved if he is taking Abhay to make him her father.
Sadhika agrees, mocks Aarti, and asks why she married Ved when he is a criminal. Sadhika accuses Ved of being part of a women trafficking ring and also comments on Uday, Pratap, and Sonal. She later questions Anjali for filing a case against Yuvraj but never filing one against Ved because Ved is her son-in-law. Anjali arrives and states that Ved will fully cooperate with the investigation. Anjali asks Ved if she is right, and Ved agrees.
Anjali reaches the wedding venue, where Gini announces to the Rajput family that the wedding will not take place. Raghav asks Gini why that is. Gini says it is because the house belongs to her. Raghav dismisses her claim and says that he had mortgaged the house. Anjali questions Raghav about his statement. Raghav reveals that he is bankrupt. Gini tells Raghav that he has wronged her many times and now wants to make amends.
Bhajan declares that the marriage will not happen and shows Raghav the mortgage papers. After seeing them, Raghav tells Mehek that Yuvraj has deceived him.
Mehek asks Yuvraj what he has done. Yuvraj reveals that he mortgaged the house in Gini’s name. He further states that Gini bought the house and completed the registry in her name, making her the legal owner. Gini and others insist that the wedding will not take place, but Abhay declares that the marriage will happen.
Abhay asks the pandit to begin chanting the mantras. Abhay and Anjali take the phere. Anjali recalls Aman. Abhay then prepares to perform the sindoor daan ritual. Padma notices Damodar pointing a gun at Anjali and shouts to warn her. Anjali looks at Damodar and throws a plate at him, causing him to drop the gun. Anjali, Ved, and Abhay fight Damodar’s goons.
Later, Ved asks Abhay and Anjali to perform the sindoor daan ritual again. As Abhay is about to apply sindoor to Anjali’s hairline, the lights go off, and Abhay is shot.

Precap: Pankaj tells Aarti that only one bullet was fired from the gun, and Abhay was shot with that weapon. He adds that the gun was found in Aarti’s hand. Aarti explains that she is being framed. Sadhika arrives and supports Aarti, stating that she has been framed by none other than Anjali.
