The episode starts with Anvita entering the room to speak with Hetal, but she is shocked not to see her there, so she worries. Meanwhile, Hetal is seen happily buying vegetables. She notices someone is keeping an eye on her, so she asks the vegetable vendor about it. She then decides to leave but notices someone is following her, so she attacks that person. It turns out to be her son, Bandya. Bandya informs Anvita that he has found Hetal. Hetal complains to Bandya, and she tries to escape, but Bandya refuses to let her go. He also tells Anvita that he will bring Hetal to the cafe.
Anvita calls the doctor and informs him about Hetal’s act. The doctor is shocked. He alerts her about the consequences of Hetal’s actions and expresses his concerns about Hetal’s family members who will suffer along with Hetal. Anvita gets worried. On the other side, Bandya reveals to Hetal that she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. He pleads with Hetal to cooperate with them, saying this is also Suhas’s wish. Hetal agrees.
Later, both Anvita and Diya go to the café to make arrangements for the birthday party. Dhruvi arrives there and thanks Anvita for secretly helping her get Virat in her life. Diya mocks Dhruvi. Both Anvita and Diya start calling the vendors to get the items on time, but all the café’s vendors refuse to deliver the order out of fear of Rajnath Verma’s threat. Anvita understands this, so she decides to buy the items retail despite Diya’s plea to seek Virat’s help. Anvita firmly stops Diya from informing Virat about the current situation. Sanjay sees everything from his laptop. He gets annoyed seeing Virat in the café.
Anvita is shocked when a man arrives and takes her scooter, claiming it’s Sanjay’s order. Virat starts criticizing Sanjay, so Anvita asks him to stop involving himself in her personal matters. She then decides to go out to buy things, but Sanjay calls her and asks her to stop worrying, saying he has made arrangements. Anvita is shocked, so she asks Sanjay how he knows about this situation. Sanjay lies and reassures Anvita. Anvita gets happy after seeing Sanjay’s efforts. Meanwhile, Rajnath Verma gives strict instructions to his employees to turn everything and everyone against Anvita and her café to remove her from the café. But his employees express their concerns about the kids who may fall victim to this conspiracy. Rajnath Verma orders them to follow his instructions. They oblige.
Back at the café, Anvita mocks Virat when the latter makes a mocking comment about Sanjay. Sanjay is happy seeing this via the camera. The milk is delivered. Before using the milk, Diya senses a foul smell, so she informs Anvita. But Anvita assures her, thinking Diya is talking about the other milk. So Diya starts preparing the milkshake. Anvita smiles seeing Virat’s interaction with Chiku.
Precap: Hetal makes Bunny drink the milkshake, causing him to fall sick. Afterward, Hetal tries to kill herself, so Anvita goes to her rescue.
Our take: Sanjay is not only lying to Anvita but committing a huge crime by invading the family members’ privacy. Anvita made sure that Virat wouldn’t know about Rajnath Verma’s conspiracy against the café.
