The episode starts with Mahid sharing his grief with Moulana. He feels guilty for chose Seher for Mahid. He apologized to him. He faints there. Mahid gets anxious. He calls Tahir to bring Farid to check on Moulana. Tahir separated Pervez and Farid from fighting. He informs him about Moulana’s condition. He takes Farid to check on Moulana.
Farid checks Moulana and informs Mahid that it’s an emergency case. He has to shift him to the hospital asap. He calls the ambulance. Husna arrives there along with Nazima. They are shocked to see Moulana’s state. Later, Seher asks Sultana to give a water to Kausar. Sultana thinks that she warned Farid to stay away from Kausar but he helped them behind her back. He even sent them in her house. She has to do something. She gives the water to Kausar.
Farid calls Sultana to confirm whether Kausar reached to his house or not? Sultana lies to him that they didn’t come here. Farid asks her to call him once they reached there. He has to attend one emergency case. Meanwhile, Farid admits Moulana in the hospital. Sultana says to Kausar that she talked with Farid. He won’t come back to home now reasoning he has an important case to attend. She adds that she can help Kausar to take Seher away from Pervez. She suggests her to go to Dubai. He can’t reach her there. Kausar hesitated. Sultana says that Pervez is a bad person. He may attack her family. She has a daughter so she can’t take a risk. She asks Seher to change her dress first.
Sultana talks with Irfan to arrange her Visa and passport work. Meanwhile, Mahid shares his grief with Moulana. Farid says that he needs immediate surgery because of a clot in his brain. Husna cursed Seher is the reason for his state. Pervez defends Seher. Mahid accuses that she eloped from the mandap. Pervez denied it. Mahid warns him to stop defending her. He saw it with his own eyes. Niyaz threatens Pervez. Mahid demands him to leave from there. Meanwhile, Sukrana convinced Kauser to leave. Amal disliked her mother given the dress to someone else. Kausar wish to convince her. Sultana prevents her from meeting Amal. Nazima provokes Mahid against Seher. He prays for Moulana.

Mahid thinks that Seher can bring a light in his life. But Seher betrayed him. He lost his hope on her after she became the reason for his father’s condition. His love for Seher turns to hate. Nazima wants to use this chance to marry Mahid. Kauser wants to save her daughter from Pervez but unfortunately ended up in human trafficking team. Will Mahid save Seher from the human trafficking team?
