The episode begins with Kausar thanking Sultana for helping her and her daughter. Sultana replies that it is her duty and instructs Irfan to safely take Kausar and her daughter to Dubai. Just then, Amal calls out to Sultana. Sultana quickly sends Kausar and Seher away in the car with Irfan. Amal approaches Sultana and asks whether Kausar aunty and her daughter had come there. Sultana denies it, saying that only her patients had visited. Amal becomes suspicious and wonders why her mother is lying.
Irfan takes Kausar and Seher to a house, where they see several women. They soon learn that the women are being trafficked to Dubai, and that their lives will turn into hell once they are purchased by a Sheikh. Shocked, Kausar and Seher question how Sultana could do this to them. Kausar apologizes to Seher, saying that in trying to save her from one problem, she has pushed her into another. Seher consoles her mother and assures her that they will find a way to escape. However, one of the women warns them that these people are dangerous and that escape is nearly impossible, as they have been caged for days and failed in every attempt to flee. Seher hugs Kausar.
Meanwhile, Mahid prays to Allah. The traffickers arrive to take Seher with them. Kausar protests, but Seher hugs her mother and asks her to let her go, believing that only then will they find a chance to escape. She leaves with them.
Elsewhere, Parvez grows worried after learning that Kausar and Seher have escaped. Safia is certain that Dr. Fareed is behind their escape. Parvez agrees but admits that he does not know Fareed’s house. Azad fears that Badi Ammi and Seher Didi will be caught if his father goes there. He suggests that Parvez go to the hospital instead, as the doctor will come out after Maulana Sahib’s surgery.
Back at the hideout, Kausar motivates the caged girls to fight for their freedom, filling them with courage. At the same time, Seher pretends to cooperate with the traffickers, asking them to get her ready properly as she is willing to go to Dubai. Her sudden change in attitude confuses them.
Later, Mahid feels relieved when Dr. Fareed informs him that Mufti’s surgery was successful. Mahid hugs Fareed and thanks him. Fareed then comments on Mahid’s grandfather, prompting Mahid to ask him to speak clearly. Fareed bluntly says that Mahid made a mistake by marrying Seher. Mahid agrees and says he can never forgive her for what she did to him. He recalls how Seher married him and then eloped from the wedding venue.
Meanwhile, Seher tells the traffickers that she is glad she escaped Mahid and is now ready to go to Dubai. The traffickers worry that Mahid and his family will kill them if they discover Seher is with them. Seher pretends she is going to change her clothes.
Fareed later tells Mahid that Seher is not wrong, leading to an argument as both share their opposing perspectives. Mahid leaves angrily.
Seher gets ready, and Irfan presents her to the Sheikh, who says he likes her. Seher claims she is ready to leave for Dubai. Parvez reaches the hospital and learns that Mufti’s surgery has been completed. Mahid notices Parvez at the hospital, but before he can approach him, Parvez disappears.
Using her intelligence, Seher punctures Irfan’s car tyre just as he is about to take her to the airport. Kausar waits for Seher.
