The episode begins in Delhi. Arambhi is shown shopping at a supermarket. She talks to her mother over a video call. Arambhi’s mother tells her that she consulted a pandit regarding Arambhi and Vishwas’s horoscopes. The pandit predicted that from their 10th wedding anniversary onwards, Arambhi’s life would change and be filled with happiness. Arambhi lightly comments on it.
Arambhi then receives a call from Vihaan’s school. The principal informs her that it is Career Day today. The principal says that Dr. Vishwas is busy and will not be able to attend, so Arambhi needs to come to the school instead. Arambhi assures the principal that she will arrive shortly. She hurriedly books a Rapido and rushes to the school.
At the hospital, Vishwas tells his colleagues that this is what he likes about Arambhi—she always listens to him. He looks at a diamond ring. One of the doctors asks if it is for his wife. Vishwas confirms and says it is an anniversary gift, requesting them not to mention it to her. He then goes to his cabin.
Dr. Vishwas meets a lawyer in his cabin. Soon after, the hospital staff bring him good news: since he couldn’t attend the conference, the Best Surgeon Award has been sent to him. Vishwas looks proudly at the award.
Arambhi arrives at the school and greets Vihaan. Vihaan asks why his father hasn’t arrived yet. Arambhi explains that his father had an emergency surgery. She then sits with the other parents. Some parents gossip about Arambhi, mocking her for behaving like a middle-class woman and not carrying a classy purse.
Meanwhile, the lawyer tells Vishwas that seven years have passed and this is the right time to file an appeal. He adds that only his wife’s signature is required. Vishwas coldly says that his wife has no choice but to sign. He mentions that all bank accounts are joint accounts and she has no independent existence. The lawyer asks if his wife is also a doctor. Vishwas replies that she wanted to be one, but instead became his wife, adding that her degree must be lying unused somewhere, gathering dust.
At school, Arambhi goes on stage with Vihaan. Naira, Vihaan’s friend, tells him that his mother is just a housewife like hers and claims she heard that housewives do no work and only rest. Vihaan argues with Naira. Arambhi calms him down.
Arambhi delivers her speech, saying that a housewife is also a “kitchen doctor.” During the speech, she notices Kashyap, Naira’s father, suffering a heart attack. Arambhi immediately asks the staff to bring a first-aid kit and call the school paramedics.

Later, Arambhi returns home and speaks to her friend Radhika over the phone, narrating the entire incident at Vihaan’s school. Radhika praises her courage but comments that Arambhi’s husband is not trustworthy. Arambhi asks her to stop making such remarks about Vishwas.
Vihaan dresses up as a fairy and comes into the kitchen to help Arambhi. Radhika teases Vihaan upon seeing him. Arambhi warns Vihaan that if Dimple sees him dressed like this, she will get upset.
Dimple enters the kitchen, and Vihaan hides. She questions Arambhi about ordering different flowers instead of the ones she asked for. Dimple boasts about her son winning the Best Surgeon Award and says she wants only the best for him. She then leaves.
Vishwas meets Avantika on the metro. He tells her that seven years have passed and he can now file for divorce. He also reveals that he plans to gift Arambhi a fake diamond necklace on their anniversary. Avantika warns him that a problem has arisen and they need to hurry with their plan. Vishwas asks what the issue is.
At home, Dimple’s husband calls her and cracks a joke about wives.
Dimple receives a message about Arambhi and confronts her for attending Vihaan’s Career Day. Arambhi explains that Vishwas was busy. Dimple argues that if Vishwas was unavailable, another working family member should have gone, reminding her that Vihaan is the heir to Neo Pulse Hospitals and represents a legacy. Dimple is shocked to hear that Arambhi saved a man’s life. Vihaan proudly says that his mother saved Naira’s father like a real doctor.
Dimple dismisses it, saying anyone can learn CPR from the internet these days. Arambhi calmly states that she was a doctor. Everyone is shocked. Vishwas enters with his award and supports Arambhi, saying she is right and calling her the doctor of his heart. Vihaan happily hugs his father.
Dimple argues that there is a difference between a medical student and a practicing doctor. Arambhi’s brother-in-law taunts her for wasting a medical seat by choosing marriage. Vishwas flirts with her, saying he will credit her for his success at the party and show their hug on the big screen. He gifts her a necklace. Arambhi questions the expensive gift, but Vishwas says it is for the anniversary and as an apology. He then informs her that he needs to go to Mumbai for three days for emergency surgery, so they must postpone their anniversary. Arambhi agrees. Vishwas hugs her and thinks to himself how easy it is to fool her.
In Jaipur, Rajasthan, Radhika and Arambhi try to get a table at a hotel. The manager refuses without a pre-booking. Arambhi pretends to be heartbroken due to her husband’s affair and cruel in-laws. The manager feels sympathetic and agrees to give them a table. Radhika praises Arambhi’s acting skills.
Vihaan joins them. Arambhi asks Radhika to stop teasing her, saying she must remain an “ideal mother” in her son’s eyes. Vihaan goes to record the live music.
At the same hotel, Vishwas arrives to meet Avantika. Vihaan does not notice him. Vishwas hugs Avantika romantically, and they start dancing. Their moments are displayed on the big screen, while Arambhi and Radhika remain busy chatting, unaware of what is happening.
