The episode starts with Adit telling Sowmya that every time he thinks she cannot stoop lower, she proves him wrong by stooping even further. Lakshmi adds that they already knew Sowmya was ghatiya, but what she did was insane, as she handed the baby over to an unknown person. Sowmya asks Adit to listen to her, but an enraged Adit leaves from there.
Kusum asks Mangal how she found out that the baby is alive. Mangal explains that she spotted Sowmya with the lady to whom she had given the baby. She adds that she and Lakshmi confronted the woman and discovered the truth. Lakshmi receives a call, and Mangal tells her that everyone at home is waiting, thanking her for helping at the right time. Lakshmi warns Sowmya never to think of harming her sister, reminding her that she is standing with Mangal. She bids goodbye and leaves.
Adit throws Sowmya’s luggage at her and asks her to leave his house. Sowmya pleads for sympathy, but Adit reminds her how she threw him and his family out and says he is being lenient by only asking her to leave. The baby starts crying in Mangal’s arms. Sowmya takes the baby and pretends to show affection. Adit snatches the baby from her and asks her to stop the fake affection. He admits that marrying Sowmya and leaving Mangal was his biggest mistake and that he deeply regrets it. Sowmya threatens to file a complaint, but Adit challenges her, saying he will prove in court that she is an unfit mother and will get the baby’s custody. He warns her to leave and declares that he will get his baby back in six days. He throws her out and shuts the door, while Sowmya vows not to let him succeed.
Outside, Sowmya sees Ishana returning home and poisons her mind by saying that if Adit can throw out his wife and baby, he can do the same to her since she is not his biological daughter. Ishana breaks down in tears. Adit, Mangal, and Kusum catch Sowmya instigating Ishana. Adit warns Sowmya that if he files a complaint, she will rot in jail. He reassures Ishana that she is his daughter and has full rights over him, Mangal, the house, and her grandparents. Adit tells Sowmya that he is letting her take the baby for now, but he will get her back in six days. Sowmya leaves.
Kusum suggests that Adit marry Mangal again the very next day at the house temple, calling it highly auspicious. Akshat feels happy hearing this. Sowmya overhears the conversation and vows to stop Adit and Mangal’s wedding.
At night, Adit smiles while looking at his photo with Mangal. Sowmya calls him and asks him to watch the video she sent and read the message carefully. Adit is left shocked after seeing it.
The next morning, Shanti and Kusum make wedding arrangements at home. Kusum asks the children to call their parents. Akshat brings Mangal, and Kusum compliments her beauty. Ishana informs them that Adit is missing from his room. Despite calling him repeatedly, there is no response. Everyone searches for him, but Adit disappears just before the wedding. Shanti wonders if Adit has gone back to Sowmya and says she can never trust him. Kusum defends Adit, while Mangal feels that something serious must have happened.
