The episode opens with Khushi lost in a tender daydream, imagining moments of love and closeness with Krishna. Her fantasy is abruptly interrupted when her mother, Mamta, walks into the room, breaking Khushi’s illusion and pulling her back to reality. Mamta notices that Sweety has still not returned home and asks Khushi to call her. Khushi tries repeatedly, but Sweety’s phone remains unanswered because Ramakant has deliberately cut the call, preventing any contact.
Meanwhile, Ramakant is seen with the kidnapped Sweety. He takes several photographs of her to use as proof and sends them to Queenie and Nandita, confirming that their plan has worked successfully. Nandita, on the other hand, is eagerly waiting for the chaos that she expects will unfold the next morning. She believes that Khushi will soon discover the truth behind their conspiracy and will ultimately be humiliated in front of everyone, which gives Nandita a sense of satisfaction.
After some time, Sweety is abandoned in a deserted and lonely location without any information being given to her family. Slowly regaining consciousness, Sweety finally manages to answer a call from Khushi. Frightened and shaken, she tells Khushi that she was kidnapped right after college. Sweety shares her current location with her sister. Alarmed and worried, Khushi immediately rushes out to find her, determined to ensure her sister’s safety.
At the same time, Nandita and Queenie put on a façade, pretending to prepare joyfully for the next day. They act as though they are genuinely excited about bringing Khushi into the Mehta household. Their convincing performance even manages to mislead Krishna, who starts believing that this time Khushi will surely come to live in his home. Aradhana also supports Nandita, agreeing with her and reinforcing the false sense of harmony within the family.
Soon after, Khushi receives the photographs showing Sweety being abducted. Shocked and terrified, she immediately calls the number from which the pictures were sent. However, Ramakant deliberately ignores her calls to increase her anxiety and confusion. Khushi is unable to understand who would kidnap Sweety, send such pictures, and then abandon her without a clear motive. After keeping her waiting for a while, Ramakant finally calls Khushi back. Without revealing his identity, he begins to blackmail her. He warns Khushi to follow his instructions and tells her that she will be given a specific task the following day. This conversation leaves Khushi deeply disturbed, frightened, and even more confused.
Not long after this unsettling exchange, Aradhana calls Khushi with what seems like good news. She happily informs Khushi about Nandita’s supposed change of heart and claims that Nandita has finally agreed to accept Khushi as her daughter-in-law. Aradhana adds that Krishna has managed to convince his mother to accept the woman he loves. Hearing this, Khushi becomes emotional and momentarily hopeful. Aradhana assures her that the family will visit Khushi’s house the next day to formalize everything. Khushi, however, remains silent, unable to express her inner turmoil. Torn between hope and fear, she ends the episode feeling completely puzzled and emotionally conflicted.
