The episode begins with Jhanak recalling Rishi’s words. Rishi comes there and says he wants direct answers from Jhanak. Jhanak tells him that she will go to Simulboni. She says it’s her final year, so she will leave after the exam. Rishi asks her whether she is rejecting him. Jhanak tells him that she can’t break his marriage with Aditi. Rishi tells her that his marriage happened with her first. Jhanak says they did not accept that marriage. So why is Rishi suddenly doing all this? Rishi says Aditi never loved him, and he respected her; that’s why he is not with her now. He tells her that he wants to live with her. Jhanak tells him that she can’t accept all this. Rishi asks her what her problem is.
Jhanak says her heart wants to accept all this, but this is wrong, so she can’t do it. Rishi asks her whether she wants to live like Nutan. Jhanak asks him, “What about Aditi?” Rishi says Aditi doesn’t love him but wants to control him. Jhanak asks him what about his family members who are against her. Rishi says others’ opinions don’t matter for him. And few family members love Jhanak so much. Jhanak says Aditi loves Rishi so much, and how can she ruin Aditi’s life? Rishi says his relationship ended with Aditi. Jhanak tells him that Aditi won’t divorce him.
Rishi tells her that he wants to marry her after getting a divorce from Aditi. Jhanak asks him how he can convince Aditi. Rishi says he already announced his decision, and now Aditi should make a decision. And he loves Jhanak; that’s why he wants to marry her. He asks her to say something. Jhanak tells him that he is not understanding anything. And he becomes stubborn. Rishi asks her whether she can be happy without him. Jhanak tells him that not everyone lives with happiness. Rishi asks her why she is snatching his happiness. Jhanak tells him that she is thinking about his happiness. She says Rishi may reunite with Aditi once she leaves from his life.
Rishi tells her that she did not understand him well. He says he ended everything with Aditi. He asks her whether she loves him or not. Jhanak asks how many times she should say she loves him. Rishi asks her why she is giving him pain if she loves him then. Jhanak says Rishi is responsible for his pain. Rishi says he understood Jhanak wanted to go to Simulboni after becoming a doctor. But he can prove Jhanak is his wife. Jhanak asks him to do whatever he wants.
Rishi holds her hand and tells her that he is not wrong. He asks why they can’t live together. Jhanak says she wants to focus on her studies; that’s it. Rishi tells her to achieve in her career, and he will handle other things. He asks her whether she trusts him. Jhanak holds his hand. They share an eye lock.
On the other side, Arshi says Aditi chose the wrong guy. And how can Rishi demand a divorce? Aniruddh tells Arshi that Mr. Mitra’s son returned from abroad, so Mr. Mitra is throwing a party. And he wants to take Aditi to the party. Arshi says she liked Mr. Mitra’s son. Aniruddh says a good life partner is necessary, so he talked to Mr. Mitra about Aditi’s divorce. He thinks he wants Rishi and Jhanak to stay together.
Aditi comes there. Arshi asks Aditi to come with them for the party. Aditi says Arshi knows she doesn’t like parties. Arshi asks Aditi to live her life. She says Aditi need not divorce Rishi if the latter doesn’t want it. And Rishi never gave value to Aditi, and he doesn’t deserve her. Aditi says she won’t divorce Rishi, and she won’t let him marry Jhanak. Arshi asks Aditi not to divorce Rishi but to live her life fully. Aniruddh says Aditi has everything, so her life is not over. He asks whether Aditi wants to live with Rishi when he gave his heart to someone else.
In the jail, Ankush gets into an argument with his cellmates. Then he becomes their boss. They ask him about Jhanak. Ankush gets angry hearing Jhanak’s name. He says he will ruin Jhanak’s life and her dreams. And he won’t forget Jhanak’s betrayal.
The episode ends.
Precap: Indumati orders Jhanak to pack her bag and leave the house. Jhanak says she already said she won’t tolerate Nutan’s insult. She tells Rishi that all this is happening because of his announcement. Rishi says he is choosing Jhanak.
Our Take: Aditi decides to not divorce Rishi because she doesn’t want him to succeed in his extramarital affair, which is a fair decision. Aniruddh wants Jhanak and Rishi together. And his decision is wrong as Aditi’s father. But he wishes for it as Jhanak’s father. Jhanak tells Rishi that she loves him but can’t stay with him due to Aditi. But Rishi is determined to live with Jhanak after divorcing Aditi. He is crossing all the limits by saying Aditi never loved him and respected him. And conveniently he forgot he betrayed Aditi first by hiding his marriage with Jhanak.
Will Aditi go to the party? Will Aditi learn about Aniruddh’s wish?
