The episode starts with Mannat worrying about Neetu. Dhairya asks her what’s bothering her? She tells him that she couldn’t raise the money for Neetu’s surgery. He asks her to taste the tea he prepared for her. She praised the taste. But he denied it. She says that she would like to drink this tea daily life long. He advises her to talk with Singhaniya first. She offered job to her once. Mannat says that she was angry at her. Dhairya says that she was innocent in that matter. Even it was the headline on that day. She would have find out the truth now. Singhaniya will decide whether to reject her or not? Why is Mannat taking the decision on her behalf. Mannat calls her but the line is busy. Dhairya assures her that she will call back to her. Later, the doctor checks Yuvi and informs Vikrant that he is alright. His reports also normal. Yashika is happy and informs Yuvi that we can go back to Mumbai now.
Yuvi is excited to eat Pizza and pasta. The doctor advises him to eat the simple food cooked in home. It’s better to avoid junk food. Vikrant assures him that he will take care of him. Yashika expresses her happiness with Yuvi. Vikrant admires their bond. He thanked Yashika for taking care of Yuvi. She hugs him and says that he is her family. Vikrant excuses her. Yashika thinks that Yuvi is a troublemaker but at least he is useful to her little. Meanwhile, Dua says to Bunty that everyone is hiding the truth from her not to make her worry. But she is smart enough to guess their problems. They needs money for Neetu’s surgery. They don’t have money in their hand. We have to do something to help them. Bunty gives a useless idea to her. Dua says that she will think about but he don’t need to think anymore more idea like this. Later, Mannat notices Neetu is murmuring in her sleep. Mannat consoles her.
Mannat says to Neetu that she will do everything for her. She can make sure Neetu isn’t lacking anything. She hears Neeti mentioning Vikrant’s name. She adds that Dua is his daughter. Mannat understands that she mistaken her as Vikrant. Mannat thinks that she couldn’t forget him. But he isn’t thinking about her. He would have left this place. He don’t have any reason to stay here. Meanwhile, Yashika received her brother’s call. He informs her that Mallika came to their house searching for her. It seems they are suspecting her background. He complaints that she missed her bus ticket in her house. She got suspicious because of it. Yuvi demands her to buy him a pizza. She denied it. She argues with him. He heard ice cream vendor voice and rushes out. Dua and Bunty are discussing about the problem. Yuvi comes there and makes fun of their poor background. Both ends up fighting. He pushed Bunty down. Yuvi demands ice cream but the vendor refuses to give without money. Yuvi humiliates his background. He ruined his ice cream. He cursed him. Yuvi didn’t show any guilty instead humiliates him. Dua blocks his way and demands him to apologise to them. Yuvi insults her. Bunty recored the video of them. Meanwhile, Mannat calls Singhaniya and apologized to them for the misunderstanding. She requests them to give money for Neetu’s surgery.

Our take;
Vikrant considering Yuvi is his everything. He genuinely loves him. Yashika is using Yuvi to get close with Vikrant. But Vikrant isn’t aware Yuvi isn’t Mallika’s biological son. Yashika is deliberately getting close with him. Everyone around him are fake and need his money. How will Vikrant react when he finds the people around him are fake and be with him for his money?
