Jhanak 1st February 2026 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode begins with Aniruddh stopping his car after seeing Rishi and Jhanak. He tells Rishi he wants to talk to the latter. Jhanak tells them to talk because she is not a family member of theirs, so she will leave. Aniruddh tells her that she is his family member, but he is not there to give clarification. He tells Rishi that Aditi may appeal for divorce, and he wants a mutual divorce. He asks Rishi to marry Jhanak after divorcing Aditi. Rishi asks what exactly Aniruddh wants.
Aniruddh says he wants Aditi to settle in life before he dies. And a second marriage is not a crime. Rishi says Aditi may marry again if she likes someone then. Aniruddh says he liked one guy for Aditi, but he doesn’t know what she thinks about that guy. Jhanak asks Aniruddh why he is involving her name in this. Aniruddh says lovers should get married. Jhanak asks him why he cares about her suddenly.
Aniruddh tells her that humans realize their mistakes. He says he loves his younger daughter, Jhanak. And he feels hurt when Jhanak rejects his love. Jhanak asks him whether this is his new trap because she can’t trust him. She tells him to stay as Aditi’s father only. Aniruddh tells her that he wants her to trust him one day.
Jhanak says Aniruddh doesn’t have the right to talk about her marriage with Rishi. Rishi tells her that he wants to see her marriage. Jhanak asks him why she should trust him when he betrayed Nutan. She blames him for Nutan’s death. Aniruddh says he would have apologized to Nutan if she were alive then. And he would have made everything fine. Jhanak asks him whether he would have married Nutan, leaving Arshi and Aditi. Aniruddh says he would have done that because he loved Nutan truly.
Jhanak says she could not save Nutan because of Aniruddh. Rishi says it’s not time to talk about all this. Aniruddh accepts he committed sin. And he hates himself, so he wants to die as soon as possible. He says his life has become null now. Jhanak asks him to stop his drama because she won’t trust him. Aniruddh leaves from there.
Rishi asks Jhanak to not think about Aniruddh. Jhanak tells him that the truth is Aniruddh is her father. And how can she ignore that truth? She says it’s difficult to not accept Aniruddh.
On the other side, Anjana tells Aditi to eat before going out. She says she is not able to digest that Aditi and Rishi’s relationship is going to end. But she won’t believe Jhanak is the reason for that. Because even Nutan did not do that. And it’s Arshi who always insulted Nutan. Aditi says she doesn’t want to talk about Nutan. Anjana says Nutan took care of Aditi for five years. Aditi says she doesn’t want to talk about that. Because already so much happened in her life. Arshi asks why Aditi is talking to Anjana. Anjana says she is worried about Aditi’s health. Arshi blames Jhanak for this. She asks Anjana to not show fake concern. She says she did not let Nutan win, and she won’t let Jhanak win against Aditi.
Aditi says she decided to divorce Rishi. Koushik comes there and tells Aditi, “Let’s go for a long drive.” Aditi tells him that she is getting late for college. And asks what if she went to college before he comes. Koushik tells her that he would have reached her college too. Aditi introduces Anjana and Bablu to Koushik. Koushik takes their blessings. He asks Aditi whether she is coming with him or not. Arshi tells him that Aditi will go with him. But he should drink coffee before leaving. Koushik tells her that he will drink later. And if he wants, then he will drink it in Dhaba. Aditi gets surprised hearing this. She says she has to return before evening. Koushik tells her not to waste time and takes her from there.
Later, in the restaurant, Koushik tells Aditi that he finally found a partner to go for a long drive and see the sunrise. He asks her whether she would leave him. Aditi asks him what he is saying. Koushik tells her that he doesn’t have patience. And he feels like he was waiting for her only all these years. Aditi tells him that they met recently. And she is Rishi’s wife still. Koushik tells him that she would not have come with him if she still loved Rishi then.
Aditi says she loved Rishi. But she can’t get involved with anyone for timepass just to move on from Rishi. Koushik tells her that he wants her to get divorced as soon as possible. So he can marry her. Aditi gets shocked hearing this. Aditi asks him what if his feelings end later. Koushik tells her that he will love her forever. And he wants to know everything about her. Aditi thinks she wanted all this from Rishi, but he never gave her anything. And it looks like Rishi never loved her.
The episode ends.
Precap: Neelu plays the video of Jhanak and Rishi in front of everyone. Tanushri asks Rishi what all this is. She reminds him that he is still Aditi’s husband. Jhanak says she also doesn’t want Rishi and Aditi to get separated. And she blames herself for everything. Tanushri tells Jhanak to leave from there if the latter feels like that.
Our Take: Aniruddh tells Rishi to marry Jhanak after getting a divorce from Aditi. And he really doesn’t care about Aditi’s feelings at all. Koushik proposes to Aditi. And Aditi is surprised with it.
