The episode starts with Garima coming to play with the girls in the chawl and Pari is busy talking to Ranvijay over the phone. Ranvijay tells Pari he will take her to the court if she takes away Garima without his permission and Ajay enjoys watching Garima. Ajay helps Garima to tie her shoe laces and Pari watches Garima but Pari is unaware he is Ajay. Pari and Ajay are shocked to see each other and a lady asks Pari and Ajay to join the game. Ajay holds Pari’s hand and Pari remembers her wedding moments. Garima leaves Pari’s hand and goes to play with the children. Pari thanks Ajay for everything he did for her and she is sorry also. Ajay tells Pari not to overthink and Pari asks Ajay about his wife. Ajay tells Pari his wife is dead now and he tells Pari he has been unlucky in the marriage matter. Ajay has one son and Garima wants to play with Sunny. Pari assures Garima and Sunny they will play together and Garima asks Pari to give her number to her mumma. Ajay tells Sunny he has the number and Pari tells them every parent is in the group. Ajay and Pari leave with their children.
Vrinda sees that Angad is sleeping alone and she asks him whom she is thinking of. Angad tells Vrinda how dare Ritik have to come to his house and he tells Vrinda that everyone is an emotional fool. Sobha tells Mihir he always teaches them to think positively and Ranvijay tells everyone he will save the factory. Ranvijay tells everyone he will get the company in the auction and Ritik tells Ranvijay that shareholders can’t bid. Ranvijay tells Ritik he is not a loser like him and he assures he will win. Ranvijay challenges Mihir and Mihir tells Ranvijay he is still a child. Mihir tells Ranvijay he won’t achieve anything and he will give a coin to him. Mihir tells Ranvijay he will make fun of him and Gayatri asks Mihir why he is not worried. Mihir tells Gayatri and Sobha that Bappa will save them and Noina tells Mitali that Mihir is speaking nonsense.
Dev tells Saloni to make the list where she wants to go and Saloni tells Dev his work will get hampered. Dev tells Saloni she is very important for him and Dev tells Saloni he will talk to her after reaching the office. Dev tells Parth that Saloni will stay in their house and Parth tells Dev he has gone insane because Babji gets to know that Tulsi Maa is not staying with them then they will be in big trouble. Dev doesn’t want to go to the auction but Parth takes him away with him.
The auction is about to start and Ranvijay waits for his father. Ranvijay convinces his father to come in the auction to buy the Virani industry for him and Ranvijay is confident he will take the company in his name. Ranvijay sits with his father and the auction starts. The auction starts with 1.52 crores and Ranvijay’s father bids 1.60 crores. Mihir is quiet and he gets shocked to know that Ranvijay’s father bids 200 crores. The bid is about to closed but Tulsi stops the auction and Mihir sees Goddess in Tulsi. Ajay stands with Tulsi and everyone is shocked to know the auction is aborted. Ajay tells the auctionist that the loan is cleared by Tulsi.
