The episode starts with Manmit telling Vishwas that, until now, they have not informed anyone in his family except him. Vishwas thanks Manmit and leaves.
Raj talks to Manju over the phone. Raj tells Manju that he has sent the money and paid the hospital bills. Manju thanks Raj and asks him where Aarambhi is, as she had said she left for Mumbai a long time ago. Raj checks the flight status and tells Manju that the flight landed a long time ago. Manju becomes worried after hearing this. Raj’s father comes to Raj and tells him that they need to leave for Mumbai for Aarambhi.
Vishwas allows Avantika into Aarambhi’s room. Vishwas tells Avantika that Aarambhi is unconscious due to medication. Avantika asks Vishwas about them. Vishwas says everything has happened too suddenly and that he needs time to think about what to do next. Avantika tells him to think about it and says she will leave. Vishwas calms Avantika and assures her that although it is sudden, he will figure out a way. Avantika agrees and leaves.
Vishwas sits beside Aarambhi and tells her that whenever he tries to get rid of her, she always comes back into his life, making a remark about her.
The next day, Aarambhi wakes up and sees Vihaan and Raj in the room. Aarambhi asks Vihaan what he is doing there. Raj calls Vishwas and asks him to come, saying that Aarambhi has regained consciousness.
The Tandon family arrives to see Aarambhi. Vishwas asks her how she is. Dimple lashes out at Aarambhi for not taking care of her health and for coming to Mumbai without informing anyone.
Manmit comes to Aarambhi’s room and sends Vihaan away with the doctor. Aarambhi’s parents arrive. Manmit then informs Aarambhi and the Tandon family that her kidneys are weak. Manmit tells the Tandon family that there is only one option—a kidney transplant. Aarambhi’s parents say they are ready to donate their kidneys, but Manmit explains that due to their age, it is not recommended. Dimple suggests testing Arun as a donor and mocks him. Manmit says Arun is already being tested and that there are two other potential donors as well. Dimple asks who they are, and Manmit replies that they are Vishwas and Raj.
The doctor brings the reports and informs Aarambhi that Vishwas’s kidney is a match. Dimple refuses to agree. Aarambhi also refuses and asks the doctor if there is no other option. Dimple argues with Manmit, who warns that Aarambhi will surely die if she does not undergo the transplant. Vihaan overhears this and accuses Dimple of being heartless and wanting Aarambhi to die. Aarambhi calms Vihaan down and sends him away with an excuse.
Dimple again accuses Aarambhi of being selfish and lashes out at her. Balbir argues with Dimple, saying that they never truly cared for Aarambhi, and also lashes out at Manju for forcing him into this marriage with the Tandon family.
Arun comes to Aarambhi and tells her that his test results are negative. Dimple argues with Vishwas and tries to make him vow that he will not donate his kidney. She again accuses Aarambhi of being selfish, questioning what will happen to Vihaan if both parents die. Vishwas and Dimple’s husband take her away and try to calm her down.
Episode ends.
Precap: Vishwas tells Avantika that thank God the Aarambhi chapter is going to end in his life and that she will be the best mother for Vihaan. He adds that otherwise Aarambhi would make Vihaan a loser like her. Vishwas says that according to Aarambhi’s reports, she will die, after which they can get married. Aarambhi is shocked to witness this.

Aarambhi’s health crisis exposes the Tandon family’s hidden selfishness, turning love into a matter of convenience. Vishwas’s inner conflict and Dimple’s cruelty raise disturbing questions about loyalty and sacrifice. As Aarambhi fights for her life, the real test lies in whether humanity will prevail over betrayal.
