The episode starts with Lakshmi looking at the children who have been abducted by child traffickers, along with a baby. Lakshmi thinks that she has to save all the children. A goon points a gun at Lakshmi and asks her who she is. Lakshmi says that she lost her way and came there, and asks the goons for directions. The goon gives her directions and sends her away. Lakshmi later returns and knocks the goon unconscious with a rock. She then disguises herself as the goon.
The boss lady tells the goons that all the children should cross the border that night. Lakshmi looks for the baby and finds the baby in a room.
The boss lady comes into the room and orders the goons to put all the children into the truck. She notices the unconscious goon lying on the floor. The goons realise that someone has infiltrated their gang by disguising as one of them. Lakshmi tries to leave with the baby, but the boss lady and the goons catch her.
The boss lady removes her monkey mask and mocks Lakshmi for coming alone without a weapon. She takes the baby and slaps Lakshmi.
Later, Lakshmi grabs a stick and confronts the goons. She snatches the baby from them and beats up the goons.
The police arrive and arrest the child traffickers, rescuing all the children along with Lakshmi. The police inspector thanks Lakshmi for providing information about the traffickers and says that they were able to save the children because of her.
Lakshmi returns home with the baby. Dadi asks Lakshmi where she went and comments on her bringing the baby back. Lakshmi explains that the couple who took the baby are not the baby’s real parents. Dadi does not believe Lakshmi and tells her that the baby means more to her than Karan. Dadi adds that Karan was so worried about Lakshmi that he did not eat anything the entire night, and says that Karan loves her deeply. Jia witnesses this and thinks that no matter what she does, the baby keeps returning home. She worries that her secret may come out.
Lakshmi surprises Karan and apologises to him. Karan shares a romantic moment with Lakshmi, but the baby’s cry interrupts them.
Lakshmi notices an earring in the baby’s cradle and wonders who it belongs to.
Bhavani asks Jia to wear the diamond earrings she gifted her. Jia agrees, but notices that one earring is missing and wonders where it went. Lakshmi passes by Jia’s room, notices the earring in Jia’s hand, and realises it belongs to her. Lakshmi recalls that Jia was present whenever an accident happened involving the baby. She suspects that Jia is trying to kill the baby and wonders why.
Lakshmi calls the police inspector and asks if he has found any information about Jia from the past two years. The inspector says yes and asks Lakshmi if she knew that Jia was pregnant. Lakshmi says no. The inspector reveals that Jia was pregnant and gave birth to a baby. Shocked, Lakshmi asks him to send the details of the hospital where Jia delivered the baby, and he agrees.
Lakshmi suspects that the baby belongs to Jia and that she wants to kill the baby to hide her secret.
Karan notices Lakshmi looking distracted and asks her what happened.

Lakshmi’s courage and sharp instincts once again take center stage as she risks everything to save the innocent. The missing earring becomes the strongest clue, slowly exposing Jia’s hidden past and dangerous intentions. With the truth inching closer, the tension inside the family is set to explode.
