The episode starts with Rajji seeing Dheeraj from her balcony, which Radha notices, so she starts mocking her for supporting Bhanu. Rajji says that she will do everything for Bhanu because she is this house’s daughter. Radha points out Dheeraj’s state and tells Rajji that she has listened to and done everything for her Bhanu Maa, but today a family is shattered. She further expresses her disappointment towards Rajji for becoming like Bhanu. She also says that God is watching everything and one day Rajji will regret her actions, then leaves from there.
At Mahadev’s house, Vidya sees Mahadev having a breakdown. Rajji goes to Dheeraj and starts clarifying what happened between the two families. Dheeraj expresses his disappointment with Rajji for stooping so low. Rajji gets angry and asks Dheeraj not to blame her because whatever happened is due to his mistake. Dheeraj says he knows what he should do to make Mahadev accept Ketan and Narmada’s marriage. But she and Bhanu turned the situation in their favor and created a mess in their family. He further says that today Bhanu has earned an enemy named Dheeraj, and he will stoop to their level too. Then he leaves. Meanwhile, Vidya is seen comforting Mahadev, who is crying badly.
Outside Mahadev’s house, Ketan encourages Narmada to enter. Narmada questions his earlier statement and says she is confused about his behavior. Ketan explains that whatever he said was to convince Mahadev not to oust Dheeraj from the house. Ketan’s other siblings silently observe everything. Narmada decides to enter the house following Ketan’s insistence, but Vidya arrives and asks Ketan and Narmada not to enter. They are both shocked.
Vidya tells them about the importance of following rituals, as well as Mahadev’s belief about a daughter-in-law who is “Ghar ki Lakshmi.” She brings all the happiness to the family and keeps them united. She further tells them that after her marriage to Mahadev, he made sure that she entered the house performing the “grihapravesh” ritual. Narmada is the first daughter-in-law of this house, so she should perform the ritual. She then orders Kamatchi and Priya to bring the aarti thaali. They both remain silent, so Vidya shouts at them. Kamatchi gets upset, but she goes and brings the aarti thaali with Priya. Narmada performs the grihapravesh ritual. Both Ketan and Narmada take her blessings. Ketan thanks Vidya for accepting them, but Vidya slaps him and holds him accountable for Mahadev’s humiliation and Dheeraj being ousted by Mahadev, then leaves. Kamatchi tells someone on the call that she will stay at her parents’ house because her sister-in-law didn’t bring a dowry or anything with her. Narmada is shocked.
Mahadev cries and tells Vidya that they have failed to provide a good upbringing. He also talks about his shattered dreams. But Vidya advises him not to blame himself for whatever their son has done. At night, Ashish and Satya express their happiness for Ketan and Narmada’s marriage. Satya tells them that in front of other family members, they won’t talk to them. After they leave, Ketan looks happy and relaxed. So Narmada scolds him for not worrying about his family, especially Dheeraj. But Ketan says Dheeraj must have made arrangements for his stay. Meanwhile, Dheeraj requests a shop owner to let him sleep there for a night, hoping Mahadev will accept him back. At Bhanu’s house, Yash asks Bhanu to be happy after whatever happened in Mahadev’s house, but Bhanu refuses and calls someone with a smirk on her face.
Precap: Ramesh insults Mahadev in front of everyone, so Narmada takes a firm stand against him. A furious Ramesh raises his hand to hit her, but Mahadev stops him. Bhanu happily watches everything from her balcony.
Our take: Radha is right that Rajji is going to regret supporting Bhanu in the future. Rajji feels bad for Dheeraj, but she doesn’t want to accept that she has made a mistake in supporting Bhanu. Dheeraj’s anger towards Rajji is justified. Dheeraj’s hope to return home may be shattered again by Bhanu’s another plan to ruin Mahadev’s reputation.
