Episode begins with one elder person assumes Sandhya as Sarab’s wife and blesses them. Sarab clears the misunderstanding. Kulwant hears that and she recalls how Sandhya used to take care of Sarab’s kids and goes to Meher’s picture and talks saying that Meher left them and thinks to do something and hopes her decision will make Meher happy. On the other hand, Nurse asks Meher to try to remember her name, her family and her house. Meher gets an glimpse of her past but she could not see anyone’s face. Nurse says to her that if Meher can’t remember anything then she will end up in big problem. Meher asks her that what is she saying. Doctor comes there and tells Nurse to go from there.
In Gill mansion, Seher serves food to Sarab saying that she will get God’s blessings if served her parents then. Harleen asks her that where she learnt all this. Karan says to them that Meher tells everything to Sandhya and Sandhya teaches them everyday. Kids praises Sandhya. Sandhya serves food to Kulwant. Kulwant hears Meher’s voice and she learns that Meher is happy with her decision. In the hospital, Meher wakes up and one kid says to her that her stomach paining. Meher says to her that she will cure her.
Harleen asks Kulwant that what happened because she is noticing her since morning and she seems she is thinking about something. Kulwant asks her that did thought about Sarab and Kid’s future. She says to her that Meher won’t return now but she doesn’t want Sarab and Kids to live alone life long. She tells her to not misunderstand her and tries to see what she is seeing and looks at Sandhya and Kids. Harleen understood and asks her how can she even think like that when Media already blaming them for that. Kulwant says to her that she doesn’t care what Media thinks and she knows that no one take Meher’s life and as a mother she can’t take this decision that’s why she took this decision by putting her in Meher’s place.
Party members comes to meet Sarab and gives their resignation letter to him saying that they can’t work under a leader like him. Sandhya stops them and defends Sarab and mocks those party members. She says to them none of the fake allegations proved till now in the court and Sarab tolerating all this for her safety because her own family tried to kill her but Meher and Sarab saved her life from them and leaves from there. Party members apologize to Sarab and says to him that they will work under him.
Kulwant says to Harleen that Sandhya can’t take Meher’s place but she is capable to create own place. Harleen says to her that Sarab won’t agree for this and tells her to talk about it to him. In the hospital, that kid’s mother comes there and says to Meher that she is kid’s mother. Hospital staffs takes Meher for surgery to steal her organs. Kulwant tells Sarab to accept that Meher won’t return now. Other side, Harleen talks about Sarab and Sandhya’s marriage to Sandhya.
