Episode begins with Pragya trying to prove the innocence of Abhi in the courtroom and she said that we had an audio clip of a sound specialist who can produce papers and confirms that the voice belongs to Tanu. The lawyer of Tanu says that you are just being delusional and are making up stories to save your criminal husband. Pragya narrated the whole thing whatever happened but still she doesn’t have any evidence to prove her claims. Tanushri stands up and says there is no such audio clip in existence because I have never given any such confessions in real life. She is just cooking stories to make the victim the culprit as they have no good defence in their favour. Pragya is trying to say something when a voice comes out from a different direction claiming that whatever Pragya is saying is not untrue. Everybody looked in the direction of the door of the society and from there the lawyer of Pragya entered in an injured state. He testified to Pragya’s claims and said that I am the lawyer of my client Abhishek Mehra but when I was coming to the court for the hearing of this case, some goons attacked me and tried to kill me.
The judge asks the lawyer if he is able to fight for the case since he is gravely injured. He said that I am fine enough to fight for the case and then he produced some claims in the court in defence of his client. Ranbir hands over the medical reports of Abhishek which proves that at the time of the crime his mental condition was a child like hence in such mind one cannot commit a heinous crime. The lawyer questions the doctor who came to the court to verify the reports and confirms that Abhishek is his patient and he knows him very well and the papers which are produced in the court as a token of evidence are absolutely real. However the lawyer of Tanu asks the doctor isn’t it possible that in real taste of rare cases one patient with such medical condition can commit a crime like rape? The doctor thinks about it a lot and says it is very very very rare but it is not impossible as well. The lawyer says since it is possible then Abhishek Mehra’s case is one such rare case where he did the crime in his full sense. The court is about to announce the verdict for the case.
The lawyer of Pragya appealed in the court that since I was injured today and we lost all the evidence we have in our difference I would like to request our highness to grant as an alternative date for the hearing of this case and also permit my client to avail the bail. The lawyer of Tanu raised an objection but the judge didn’t pay attention to his nonsense. Judge says that after three days we will again say it with this case and if from Abhishek side we didn’t get any evidence or eyewitnesses in his defence then the court is ready with it’s verdict. Also he pays the bill for Abhishek since he is on medical treatment and he needs medicines and only homemade food for the betterment of his health.
The lawyer later says to the family that if we want to save Abhishek then we have to find out some evidence against Tanu to prove our claim in the court. Pragya goes to bring water for her lawyer but on the way she meets Tanu again. Tanu says that only 3 days are left for you to spend time with Abhi. After that you will go to jail. Pragya says you shouldn’t be so overconfident and who says what can happen at the last moment. She says after three days I will get my husband free from these charges and you will face the consequences of your conspiracy.
