Episode starts with Virat telling Pakhi that I told you, you should not stay in the hospital but you stayed. Pakhi says how can you forget what Sai did to you! Virat says what I did is not forgivable. Still Sai got worried for me. She called me. I hope Sai is not just being kind to me. Sai tells if Pakhi wants to stay here she can, but I’ll take care of Virat sir. I am not doing any favor on him. Pakhi says I don’t want to stay if I can’t take care of Virat.
Doctor comes and gives credit to Pakhi for taking care of Virat. He says you got such a caring wife. Virat and Sai get shocked. Virat says Sai is my wife. Doctor says sorry for the misunderstanding. Sai and Virat say to Pakhi why she didn’t tell them beforehand that she is not Virat’s wife.
Sai says I told you to clear the confusion so that doctor can decide who deserves to stay with Virat. His wife or another member. Sai insists Virat to say clearly who does he want to stay in the hospital? Sai or Pakhi. Virat mentions Sai. He holds Sai’s hand. Pakhi gets vulnerable and says I won’t forget how you two insulted me today. Virat says just go take some rest. If an unwell husband wants his wife beside him then how can you feel insulted.
Pakhi leaves. Virat tells Sai I dont know what’s Pakhi’s problem. Sai tells forget about it. She says I have so much work here. Virat smlies. Sai says why are you laughing. Virat says laughing is a good exercise. Sai tells him don’t show your teeth so much else I’ll call Pakhi again. Virat attempts to drink water. Sai makes him drink. They share a moment together. Sai looks at Virat.
Pakhi reaches Chavan house. Ashwini and Ninad get worried thinking her crying face. They keep asking is Virat alright? Ninad says why you came back suddenly. Karishma assumes what may happen to Virat and about the complications. Sonali tells her to not assume anything. Pakhi finally says Virat is doing good. Bhavani gives her water. Pakhi further says she felt insulted today just for taking care of Virat. Ashwini asks who might be the person. Everyone respects you in the family. Pakhi says Sai is back which shocks everyone.
Sai tells Virat has become smart as he can read her eyes. Virat adds what you can’t say its visible in your eyes. Sai says yes I was worried for you. I couldn’t stay calm. Sai also tells about her roommate who was irrtitating her when she was watching the news. Virat says what did she say that I’ll die? Sai keeps finger on Virat’s mouth. Later Virat and Sai tease each other. Virat says you call me Kharus Jasoos etc. Sai says so you think I am so annoying? She is about to leave but Virat stops her and says sorry. Sai cries and tells she thought Virat is angry with her so he cut her call. Virat clears the confusion that his phone got switched off. He was not angry but he was thinking about Sai only and waiting to get her apology after getting shot. Sai gets emotional hearing how much Virat cares for her.
Precap- Sai enters Chavan house with Virat. Bhavani taunts Sai as she came back again. Sai says she is here until Virat gets better. After that she’ll leave.
