Episode starts with Kalindi stopping Anirudh from entering her house. She says without cross checking she can’t allow him to enter. She can’t trust someone unknown. Kamla says new maid is her relative, she is innocent what Anirudh told her to say. Anirudh changes his walking style. Kalindi asks his name. Anirudh says my name is Rupa. Kalindi doubts him as he is not looking at her eyes. Anirudh says women should not stare at people directly. Kalindi gets impressed. Bondita says but Anirudh always taught her to be confident.
Kalindi pours oil on floor and tells Anirudh to clean it. Anirudh slips and Kalindi laughs at him. She orders Bondita to clean the floor. Bondita spreads dust on the oil , Anirudh gets impressed and thinks why he didn’t get the idea. Kalindi tells Kamla to take Anirudh with her as he doesnt know any household work. Anirudh notices Sumati is asking for water. He runs towards her to holds her. Anirudh says sorry to Thakuma saying he couldn’t help it seeing Sumati in that condition. Bondita insists Kalindi to offer the job to Anirudh as he needs it the most.
Anirudh feels upset. Thakuma stops him and says I can allow you to work here. She asks about his caste. Kalindi further adds she will take test of Anirudh whether he is able to handle the household chores or not. Anirudh looks at Bondita and thinks he has become maid only for her. Rimjhim throws broom at Anirudh and tells him to sweep the area. Anirudh starts doing it. Kalindi tells Bondita to apply ghee on her foot. (Rishta tera mera plays) Kalindi thinks Bondita will slowly forget Anirudh. Kalindi asks Anirudh about his knowledge regarding household work.
Anirudh recalls what Bondita told him earlier. He tells them about adding extra salt in the pickle so that it stays longer, usage of turmeric. Kalindi tells him you don’t need to teach me, I know everything. Anirudh says though I am married but I have go out to bear the expenses. Women should not cross the barriers, Kalindi asks what about them who wants to study? Anirudh criticizes them as well. Kalindi laughs. Bondita tells him have you gone to school ever? When you have no idea then why are you criticising education.
Anirudh critises even more. Bondita says I know the importance of study , it gives someone wings to fly. Anirudh says rules are made to control women. You should not deny that. Bondita says I won’t listen to anyone. I will study and will break all those age old beliefs. Kalindi throws burning charcoal at Bondita and she gets hurt. Kalindi says stop your nonsense talk and don’t take Anirudh’s name else you will be punished. Anirudh apologises to Bondita in his mind.
Anirudh goes behind Bondita. Bondita says leave me I don’t want to talk to you. He is about to reveal his identity but he gets shocked hearing bullet sound from Kalindi’s gun. Anirudh says to Kalindi he was just trying to stop Bondita from going alone. Its not safe for her. Bondita says I can protect myself. Anirudh gets relief thinking Bondita didnt hear his name.
Rimjhim tells Anirudh to wash clothes. Anirudh gets confused which detergent he should use as he never did something like this before. Anirudh asks Rimjhim but she tells him to ask Bondita. Bondita refuses and Tapur tells Anirudh that Bondita doesn’t want to talk to you so I won’t talk to you as well. Anirudh feels he has to inform Bondita about his real identity.
