Episode starts with Kalindi telling Bondita she should choose a less painful way. Bondita should feel lucky that she has a room to stay but in old times girls used to stay in jungle during their periods. Kalindi tells she will give food to Bondita but she will wash the plates using ashes. Bondita asks if she wants to go to washroom then? Thakuma tells her to use a pit as toilet. She also tells her to wear torn clothes. Thakuma threatens her saying you won’t come out of this room else I’ll bury you. Bondita misses Anirudh and says he is a man but still understands a woman’s pain but Thakuma being a woman is not able to understand that.
Anirudh sits upset. Trilochan comes to him and feels his pain. He says he will allow Anirudh to go to Kalindi’s mansion but if Kalindi catches him she won’t chop off his hands but Trilochan’s arms will be chopped off. Anirudh assures Trilochan saying Thakuma can’t harm Roychowdhurys. Anirudh apologises to Trilochan for troubling him. Anirudh promises that he wont take such step again after Bondita’s future gets secure. Trilochan teases Anirudh.
Anirudh gets shocked seeing Kalindi didn’t go to Kolkata. Kalindi says she had a premonition something wrong is going to happen. So she came back. Anirudh asks her the reason and Thakuma informs about Bondita’s periods and about her rain dance. She says she locked her in room. Anirudh gets shocked. He thinks Bondita needs care but how can Thakuma lock her in dark room.
Bondita screams and calls everyone. Rimjhim tells Kalindi about it. Kalindi and Anirudh go to the dark room. Bondita says she is feeling immense pain. Anirudh says Bondita needs care. Thakuma says women should bear this much pain, periods is not a disease but women should accept pain like an ornament as God gave them the pain to teach patience. Anirudh feels disgusted seeing her behaviour. Kalindi tells Bondita to bear the pain silently without making noise. Anirudh loses his cool and he breaks one vase to vent out his frustration. Kalindi comes out and scolds Anirudh for breaking her trust. She says she gave Anirudh responsibility to check on Bondita but he failed to do so. She beats Anirudh with stick and tells him to leave. He feels he can’t leave Bondita alone in such critical condition. Kalindi asks him why is he here till now? Anirudh says he won’t leave until he dies. He acts to win Kalindi’s trust. Kalindi says she doesn’t like drama, she kicks him. Anirudh says he won’t move. Kalindi ignores him.
Bondita imagines Anirudh. She sees Anirudh is teaching her exercises to reduce the period cramp. Bondita starts practicing. Tupur sees her and informs Kalindi about it. Kalindi gets irritated and tells Anirudh to leave. She goes to Bondita and asks what is she doing? Bondita gets shocked. Anirudh thinks he has to go inside Kalindi’s mansion to take care of Bondita. He thinks of convincing Thakuma at any cost.
