Episode begins with Rakhi tells Pammi that she finished all the household chores so she is leaving with Sherlyn for hosptial, actually yesterday night Sherlyn was not feeling well so she took appointment from Deepali. She sees Sherlyn and tells her that she is ready to go with her. Sherlyn gets confused hearing her. Rakhi reminds her about doctor’s appointment. Pammi notices that Sherlyn’s expression changing after hearing Rakhi.
Sherlyn tells her that she missed Sanjana so much so she asked her to come to the hospital directly. Rakhi tells her that it’s good that the latter called Sanjana and asks her to come to the house directly after check up. Sherlyn nods at her and leaves the house. Rakhi tells Pammi that Preeta is not well so she is going to make ginger tea for her and goes to the kitchen.
Prithvi leaves the house without anyone’s knowledge. But Pammi sees him and thinks that even if she tells others, they won’t believe her and calls Rishabh and tells him that she missed him so much that’s why she did video call. He asks her about other family members.
She informs him that Sherlyn went to hospital for normal check up and tells him that he should talk to doctor and Sherlyn will like that. He asks her to send doctor’s number. She tells him to talk to Sherlyn too because his child will look like him if Sherlyn sees his face during pregnancy then. He agrees to call Sherlyn. She thinks that at least truth will come out today.
Preeta gives medicines to Mahesh. Rakhi scolds him saying that he never takes his medicines on time and informs him that Preeta is not feeling well still she came to give medicines to him. Preeta tells him that it’s just a headache. Rakhi tells him that they should go to meet Karan. Preeta gets nervous hearing her and leaves the room.
Kritika meets Deepali in her house. Deepali tells her that she waited a lot for her. Kritika tells her that just now Sameer dropped her. Sherlyn calls Deepali and learns that she has to visit her in her house. She informs her that her husband accompanying her and disconnects the call. Prithvi puts brake suddenly and yells at Sherlyn for telling doctor that she is coming with her husband.
Deepali tells Kritika that her patient coming with her husband. Sherlyn asks Prithvi that what is his problem. He tells her that Rakhi took this appointment so what if Deepali tells Rakhi about him. She tells him that Rakhi don’t know Deepali personally and they are getting late.
Sameer waits for Srishti in the Police station. Police inspector tells Sameer that the latter can’t meet Karan. Sameer pleads him to let him meet Karan. Srishti overhears their conversation and goes inside to meet Karan without permission and gives tiffin box to him. Police inspector scolds Srishti. Karan apologize to him on behalf of Srishti. Police takes the tiffin box from Karan and also takes Srishti from there.
On the other hand, Preeta informs Rakhi that Police shifting Karan to another jail and they can’t meet Karan from now on. Rakhi tells her that how can Police do that and assures her saying that Mahesh will do something. They talks about Karan’s release.
