Episode starts with Anirudh noticing the groom’s family arriving. Anirudh wonders how can Bondita agree for the proposal. Bondita thinks where is the girls who is getting married. Thakuma goes to her. She suggests Bondita to talk to the guests until the bride arrives. Bondita serves food to them. They ask her name. They say the food taste is excellent. Bondita has many qualities. She feels awkward and thinks why are they giving her compliment. Thakuma says they are noticing her saree. Now she should handle the situation. Groom’s family ask about Bondita’s qualities and Thakuma tells her to sing a Bhajan.
Bondita sings it and keeps thinking why is Kalindi telling about her specialities to groom’s family. The guests reply they like Bondita. Now she will their daughter in law. Bodnita gets shocked and takes Kalindi aside. She asks Kalindi why she tricked her and lied to her. She can’t accept one malpractice. It’s against law. Thakuma says being woman is a punishment itself. She wants to end Bondita’s sufferings. Bondita says her aim is to become Barrister. She didn’t want to insult Thakuma in front of the guest. But she won’t agree for this marriage at any cost. Sumati apologises to Bondita in her mind as she couldnt stop this marriage.
Anirudh tries to see what is happening inside. Tapur explains Anirudh everything what happened and how Bondita refused to accept the proposal saying she won’t support an evil custom. Anirudh gets happy and says Bondita has become half barrister already. He thanks Tapur for informing him.
Kalindi lies to guests that Bondita got shy that’s why she left. Kalindi fixes the engagement date and feeds sweets. Anirudh tells Trilochan that Bondita didn’t agree for the marriage but Thakuma is adamant. Trilochan says God knows when Kalindi will finally realise that her rage will destroy everything. Anirudh gets one letter from abroad which says Bondita got selected in London’s best school. If she doesn’t get admitted the seat will be given to other student. Anirudh gets happy. Trilochan tells Anirudh to be careful as Thakuma can do anything to stop Bondita. Anirudh says he will stay with Bondita in London. There noone will trouble her or stop her from fulfilling her dreams.
Kalindi warns everyone to not reveal about the engagement to Bondita. Else she will give punishment. Sumati says they should not force Bondita. Previously she ran away when she was forced to marry an old man. She will raise voice against this as well. Rimjhim says Thakuma will get insulted if it happens. Kalindi says Sumati should not worry, she will manage everything.
Kalindi acts guilty and says she rejected the proposal after seeing Bondita upset. She tells Bondita to have food. Bondita eats and feels uneasy. Kalindi recalls how she mixed medicine in the food to control Bondita so that she doesn’t speak against the marriage. She says she will mix it before every important ritual of the marriage. Tapur shouts what’s happening to Bondita. Thakuma thinks now noone can stop this wedding.
