Episode begins with Preeta reveals that Sherlyn is Akshay’s murderer. Kareena asks her that why the latter accusing Sherlyn now. Judge asks her to stay silent and asks Preeta to prove that Sherlyn murdered Akshay. Preeta tells Judge that she started her investigation to find the real culprit because she knows that Karan didn’t murder Akshay and at the end of the investigation she found that Sherlyn is Akshay’s murderer. Sherlyn tells Judge that Preeta lying because she hates her. Preeta tells Judge that hotel staff Rohit saw Sherlyn on Akshay’s murder day. Siddharth calls Rohit to the witness box.
Preeta recalls that how she met Rohit and learnt that he saw Sherlyn in the hotel and convinced him to give statement in the court. Siddharth asks Rohit about Sherlyn. Rohit tells him that he saw Sherlyn in the hotel on Akshay’s murder day. He reveals that how Sherlyn collided with him that day and she was afraid about something too. Sherlyn tells Judge that she don’t know Rohit. Judge asks her to stay silent saying that she will get chance to give her statement.
Rohit tells Judge that when he fell Sherlyn told him to not die. Siddharth tells Judge that Akshay’s postmortem report says that Akshay died because his head banged on something. Sherlyn recalls that how Akshay died that day and tells Judge that everyone trying to put the blame on her and Rohit didn’t came to the court in previous hearing and now he came because Preeta gave money to him.
Preeta and Sherlyn argues with each other. Judge warns them to not fight and asks Preeta to come to the witness box if she want to say anything else then. Kareena asks Sherlyn to not worry saying that she completely trust her. Sherlyn thinks that today she just cares about herself.
Preeta tells Judge that Sherlyn met Akshay in his hotel room many times before his murder too and she submitted the hotel CCTV footage to prove her point. Siddharth tells Judge that this CCTV footage proves that Sherlyn met Akshay in his hotel room many times. Judge sees the CCTV footage.
Siddharth tells Judge that Sherlyn hided this huge truth from court and also from her family and asks Judge to give order to arrest Sherlyn because all the evidence proves that Sherlyn is Akshay’s murderer and release Karan who is innocent. Preeta pleads Judge to not delay the judgement and return her innocent husband to her. Judge announces break time.
Kareena scolds Preeta for accusing Sherlyn in Akshay’s murder. Preeta tells her that Karan is in jail because of Sherlyn. Kareena tells her that the latter is responsible for everything and scolds Rakhi for defending Preeta. She tells Preeta that the latter at least should have thought Sherlyn is pregnant before accusing her like this and leaves from there. Rakhi tells Preeta that she knows that there must be some reason that’s why the latter accused Sherlyn but she is worried that how Rishabh will react and leaves from there. Preeta thinks that she need to expose Sherlyn because she don’t have any other choice.
