Episode begins with Sherlyn tells Prithvi that she is going to kill Preeta’s child today and disconnects the call. He wonders that how to stop Sherlyn and calls Kritika to warn her indirectly but no response from other side. On the other hand, Karan promises to not fight with Preeta and he will take care of her always. Srishti tells them that it’s good to see everyone happy after long time and Mahesh gives the credit to Preeta. Girish spills ketchup on Preeta’s dress by mistake so she goes to washroom to clean it. Sarla and Srishti follows her. Sherlyn notices Preeta’s cake and thinks that today she will destroy everyone’s happiness.
Sarla tells Preeta that she brought something for her. Srishti asks her to explain the details too. Sarla ties black rope on Preeta’s leg saying that it will protect her and her child from evil eyes. Preeta tells her that Dadi also tied black rope on her hand to protect her from evil eyes. Sarla tells her that for the next 9 months she will lecture her about what all the latter should do and should not do and asks Srishti to not trouble Preeta from now on.
Luthra’s enjoys the party. Sherlyn sees that and thinks that soon everyone going to cry and notices marbel balls and decides to put them on the stairs so Preeta can fall down. Rakhi asks Sherlyn about cake and the latter replies her that Girish bringing the cake. She asks Karan to bring Preeta and he goes to his room. Karan talks about his child saying that how he is going to pamper his child. Sarla bless them to stay happy always. Preeta and Karan hugs Sarla and Srishti clicks their picture.
Sherlyn puts the marbel balls on the stairs and waits for Preeta. Preeta falls down and everyone runs towards her except Sherlyn. Sameer goes to call the Doctor. Everyone gets worried for the child seeing blood and it turns out to be Sherlyn’s dream.
Kritika calls Prithvi and he asks her about Preeta and Sherlyn. She asks him that what happened. He tells her that seems like Sherlyn is in depression after all recently she lost her child and asks her to stay with Preeta always because Sherlyn may do something wrong with Preeta in depression. Kritika tells him that she will take care of it and disconnects the call. He hopes that Kritika will stop Sherlyn from hurting Preeta.
Dadi asks Preeta to walk slowly. Sameer tells Preeta to walk holding Karan’s hand. Preeta and Karan comes downstairs safely. Srishti notices the marbel balls on the stairs and collects it and assumes that staff would have dropped them there while decorating the house for party and sees Sherlyn. Dadi welcomes Yashodha. Kareena tells Preeta that Yashodha is their Daimaa. Yashodha blesses Karan and Preeta. She examines Preeta and announces that it’s a twin. Everyone smiles hearing her except Sherlyn.
