The episode starts with Guneet and Nimmo visits Krishna Kant’s house. Servants greets them and informs it to Krishna Kant who was busy on call. He scolds him for disturbing him when Nimmo hears it. Nimmo shouts at Krishna Kant that they want to meet him now. Krishna kant comes out greeting them with a fake face and asks them to have cookies. Nimmo says that they didn’t come here to have cookies. Krishna Kant asks Nimmo why she’s so angry all the time and asks her to chill. Guneet shows him Meera’s profile in matrimonial site but Krishna Kant lies that it’s promotional stunt. Nimmo asks whether he wants to do Angad and Meera’s marriage or not.
Krishna kant says that an year back he was suffering in poverty and couldn’t fulfil Meera’s wishes but now Corona changed everything. He says that he don’t want his daughter to suffer anymore. Guneet asks whether he want to proceed with the marriage or not. Krishna kant says no. He says it’s true that they stood by him when he was suffering and he’s grateful for it but says that he don’t want Meera to lose all the comfort she has now. He says his shop is running with difficulty and they struggle to hold a family. He suggests to let them stay friends forever and halt the alliance. Guneet says they even made cards for which Krishna Kant mocks it. Guneet slaps Krishna Kant in anger and Meera and Aapa witness it.
Guneet talks about keeping everyone happy even without money but he don’t deserve to be a part of the family. He leaves angrily. Meera comes there and asks what happened. Guneet lies that he asked for dowry which he refused to give. Meera gets shocked hearing it. Guneet is at home and everyone shouts at him for slapping Krishna Kant. Nimmo says he did right but Dadaji asks her not to react with the heat of the situation. Kabir wishes to call Meera but Nimmo stops him. Nimmo asks what’s the need to keep the alliance as Angad would get a better alliance. Angad says let it be as if they don’t want to keep the alliance then they don’t have to. Amrita asks him to not take any decision in anger. She asks him to go and speak with Meera. He’s a about to go when Meera angrily comes there.
Meera asks Guneet that how dare he to slap his father. Guneet accepts that he made a mistake by slapping him and apologizes for the same. Meera says she thought they are very good people but didn’t knew they are so greedy. She says that they demanded dowry to her father and slapped him in front of the whole servants. They gets shocked hearing it and says its not true. They asks her to listen to their side of story but Meera doesn’t listen and continued lashing out at them. Angad calls Meera’s father liar for which Meera reverts back that its him who’s the liar. She says that he hid about losing his job shocking everyone. Amrita asks her to not lose her sanity in anger. Meera asks her to check with Angad if it’s true or not. She breaks her alliance herself and tears off the invitation cards and leaves the place shocking everyone.
Precap : Angad breaks down as he couldn’t become Karan and fulfil his duties. Amrita comforts him. Pritam misunderstands Amrita for another girl.
