Episode begins with Chetan tells Pankaj that it’s really difficult to make the tea. Pankaj tells him that Kanak will scream for tea soon and they hears Kanak’s scream. Chetan tells him that the latter understands Kanak very well then how the latter failed to understand her plan. Gehna comes there and takes the tea and goes to Kanak. Kanak scolds her for coming late. Kanak’s mother asks Kanak to sell the house as soon as possible. Jamuna asks Kanak that if the latter planning to sell the house. Kanak tells her that it’s her house so she can do whatever she wants to do with it and leaves from there.
Hema taunts Gehna and Anant for giving false hope to others. Gehna tells her that they will keep their promise and will get the house from Kanak no matter what. Hema asks her to not dream too much and leaves from there. Paresh tells Anant that the latter and Gehna is their last hope. Anant tells him that he won’t let Kanak sell the house.
Kanak’s mother tells Kanak that she is not able to tolerate these Desai’s face so they should sell the house as soon as possible. Manager of Irani builder calls Kanak and tells her that they are interested in buying Desai house. Kanak tells him that the latter’s owner should meet her directly if they are interested in her house then and disconnects the call. Manager tells Anant and Gehna that Kanak refused to make deal with him and she wants to meet the builder. Anant tells Gehna that now builder should meet Kanak.
Desai’s discuss about Kanak’s decision of selling the house. Sapan tells them that they can live in his house. Hema taunts him saying that his house is really small. Paresh asks them to not fight and stay together.
Disguised Anant and Gehna comes there and introduces themselves to Desai’s and asks them about the owner of the house. Praful tells them that he is the owner. Hema tells him that now Kanak is the owner of the house and goes to call her. She tells Kanak about the Irani’s. Anant gives his card to Kanak and tells her that he want to buy her house. She refuses to sell the house and is about to leave but stops when Gehna said that they can give more money than Kanak expects. Kanak asks her that how much the latter can give.
Anant tells her that he can give 10 crore for this house which shocks everyone. Kanak’s mother asks them to sit. Praful asks them to leave from there. Kanak asks him to stay silent and tells Anant that she want to visit his office and his construction site. Anant and Gehna leaves from there and after telling that Kanak can visit whenever she wants. Later, Gehna asks Anant that will Kanak make deal with them. Anant tells her that Kanak will enquire about them for sure.

Precap – Kanak meets the Manager and asks him to call his owner. Manager calls Anant to inform about Kanak’s arrival.
