The episode starts with Ayush crying in his room when Suhana comes home. She asks what happened for which Ayush said Dadi changed his name. Suhana feels bad for Ayush and tries to lift his mood. She will share her pastry with him and Ayush says that they can eat together. He was about to have a bite when Ishwari comes there with gifts for them. She gives it to both Suhana and Ayush. Suhana happily receives it while Ayush leaves not responding to her. Suhana asks Ishwari that why did she change Ayush’s name despite him not liking it. Ishwari says that at times it’s necessary to force kids for their well being just like they get injection from doctor.
At Sonakshi’s home her brother complaints about her mother in law and they ask what’s the problem. Sonakshi doesn’t say anything and leaves to call Manjri. She asks about Ayush and Manjri updates about her kids. Bijoy says that a mother can’t have food when her children are in pain and asks what’s the problem. Sonakshi refuses to eat. Dev comes home and enquires about Ayush to Ishwari. He asks if she’s fine and confronts her the reason for changing Ayush’s name. Ishwari justifies herself and convinces Dev too. Dev visits Ayush who cries to him about how his mother named him Ayush. Dev assures him that both him and Sonakshi will call him only Ayush and only in records he will be Ved Ayushman Dixit and hugs him. He feels bad for Ayush.
Sonakshi says to Bijoy about Ishwari changing Ayush’s name without informing anyone. Bijoy gets furious upon hearing it. Bijoy says that she did right by leaving the house and asks her to take a firm stand for Ayush. Ishwari brings food for Ayush and asks him to have it and he says he’s not angry. She asks him to have later and she will eat with him only. He asks would she stay hungry for long. Ishwari shares about old times where she earned for five people including Dev and Dev fed her with his own hands. She says that her stomach didn’t get fulfilled but her heart was fulfilled. Ayush makes her eat with his own hands too. Dev calls Sonakshi but she doesn’t attend the call. He then calls Bijoy and Bijoy puts it on speaker. She hears Shubh crying for her but she doesn’t speak. Suhana asks for Sonakshi as Shubh is too young. Dev makes excuse that Sonakshi was very tired and assures that she will come back the next day for sure.
Precap : Dev waits outside Sonakshi’s home at night but she doesn’t care. He promises to not leave till she speaks with him. Dev enters Sonakshi’s home.
