Episode begins with Sonakshi calls Doctor Aanchal and informs her about Preeta’s pregnancy problem. Aanchal asks her to send Preeta’s report to her and also Preeta can meet her anytime and disconnects the call. Sonakshi tells Karan and Preeta that she got an appointment. Preeta thanks her. On the other hand, Prithvi compliments Sherlyn, who is getting ready in her room. He tells her that now he also thinks that Preeta is not pregnant because he noticed Karan and Preeta’s behaviour towards each other and asks her that why the latter seems upset.
She tells him that she already knows that Preeta is not pregnant and she wanted evidence to prove that to Luthra’s but she lost the evidence and tells him that she wants revenge from Kritika for laughing at her. He tells her that Kritika didn’t laugh at her deliberately and he also screamed seeing her like that. She scolds him for defending Kritika and asks him to hurt Kritika and leaves from there.
Kareena asks Achila about Karan and Preeta. Achila tells her that she didn’t saw them, in fact she is searching Sonakshi so she thinks that all three of them must be together and they goes Sonakshi’s room and wonders that where Sonakshi went.
In the hosptial, Sonakshi gets nervous. Preeta notices Kareena’s call and ignores it. Sonakshi disconnects Achila’s call. Kareena calls Preeta again and Aanchal asks Preeta to pick the call. Preeta picks the call and informs Kareena that Sonakshi is with her only and the latter hears Aanchal’s voice and learns that Preeta is in the hosptial and asks Preeta that what happened. Karan takes the mobile from Preeta and tells Kareena that he brought Preeta to the hospital for check-up.
Kareena informs everything to Achila. Achila tells her that Sonakshi loves Karan and Preeta so much. Aanchal tells Preeta that the latter’s case is not impossible one and the latter just has few problems which can solved with treatment and she will start the latter’s treatment in Mumbai after Sonakshi’s marriage. She promises that Preeta can conceive. Karan and Preeta smiles hearing her.
After some time, Preeta video calls Sarla and tells her that she can conceive. Sarla gets relieved hearing her. Karan asks her to not cry. She tells him that she knows that he will support Preeta in this difficult situation. He informs her that Sonakshi helped them. Sarla thanks Sonakshi.
Preeta thanks Sonakshi for the help. Sonakshi asks her to teach cooking. Preeta teaches cooking to Sonakshi and Karan drops water by mistake which irritates Preeta and Sonakshi. Sonakshi tells Preeta that the latter don’t need a child because Karan is child only still. She realizes that what she said and apologizes to them.
Kareena comes there and asks them to get ready. Rajat tells Sonakshi that it’s her marriage too today and the latter goes to get ready. Preeta tells Karan that she is feeling guilty for hiding the truth. He tells her that they will tell others later. Later, Karan gets ready and Preeta hugs him.
