The episode starts with Mithila tells that she is searching her son Saksham for a wife and points at Ashi and tells it’s not her its Gopika. Ramila asks Mithila but its Ashi who she wanted as a daughter in law for their family right. Mithila asks Gopika to tell the truth that she is the one who saved her from the fire right. Gopiks hesitates but Mithila asks her to tell so Gopika nods her head yes.
Mithila asks Ashi why she lied that she is the one who saved her from fire. Ashi gets worried and nervous. Ramila tells that even Ashi saved many people from fire that day so she thought even Mithila is also one of them. Mithila questions that day even she wore the similar slipper as Gopika’s. Ramila says yes. Mithila tells whatever she told is a lie. Ramila blames Gopika for not telling anyone that she saved Mithila. Mithila asks her to stop. Then tells that Gopika will be their daughter in law. Ramila and Ashi angrily looks at Gopika. Anand gets happy.
Ramila scolds Gopika for ruining her sister Ashi’s life. Anand takes a firm stand against Ramila for unnecessarily blaming Gopika when she is the one who lied to Mithila also took Gopika to the Modi Bhawan to help Ashi to impress Modi family. Ashi cries saying that her dreams to live a luxurious life is destroyed.
Gopika tries to console Ashi but she asks her not to come nearby her. Then Ramila takes Gopika inside. Saksham asks Mithila why she announced Gopika as their daughter in law without asking anyone. Mithila asks is she did anything wrong. Thejal asks Minal to say something because they are talking about her son’s marriage. Baa and Keshav tells that Gopika is suitable for their family. Saksham gets annoyed and tells Keshav that he is saying all this because he wants someone who will follow each and every words of their in laws.
Minal tells Mithila that no one went against her decisions till now but it’s about Saksham’s life so they have to ask his decision too. Saksham tells that he promised Ashi. Mithila asks Saksham if he promised her then why he agreed to let her choose his bride then asks he give promise to Ashi out of love or as a deal. Saksham remains silent so Mithila tells its clear that his promise for Ashi is not because of love he has for her and tells that Gopika will be his wife.
Ramila makes Gopika feel undeserving to be Saksham’s bride. Gopika also falls into Ramila’s words and promises to go and tell Mithila that she wont marry Saksham. Ramila and Ashi gets happy. Ashi talks to Saksham on the call the latter tells it’s his mother’s decision so he cant do anything. Ramila makes a crying noise which lead Saksham to think Ashi is crying so he tells her that he will meet her.
Ramila then asks Ashi to act like that she is truly sad. Ashi agrees. Gopika thinks about Mithila’s decision to choose her as their daughter in law also Ramila’s words. Anand comes there and sits nearby Gopika the latter tells that she is not worth to share her life with Saksham so she is going to say no to Mithila’s decision. Anand tries to make Gopika but he fails so he agrees to accompany her to go to the Modi Bhawan to let the Modi’s know about Gopika’s decision.
Mithila asks Saksham to not to meet Ashi as his marriage is fixed with Gopika then they ask Chirag to go and meet Ashi. Ashi gets shocked when she sees Chirag. Ramila thinks even Chirag belongs to Modi family so she comes out of her hiding spot and tells that Ashi agreed to Saksham’s proposal to marry him is not because she is in love with him but because he dont have any friend.
.Chirag leaves. Ramila tells Ashi about her plan then they both gets worried when they learns that they have to stop Gopika from saying no to marry Saksham and hurries to the house. Anand and Gopika reaches the Modi Bhawan. Mithila gives Minal Keshav’s tea but refuses to get inside the room. When Keshav taunts her Mithila tells that she knows her limits then she sees Saksham who sees everything and leaves the place. Mithila follows Saksham and tells that she knows he is angry.
Saksham tells that he is upset because of this Only she is in this state today. Mithila tells that she may not give birth to him but he is her son then tells she knows this is the reason why he dont want to have kids but she wont asks him to change his decision but she is sure Gopika is the one who for him so god will make everything right. Gopika tells Anand that she is scared to say no to Mithila’s decision but Anand tells that he will be with her. Saksham and Mithila hears the door bell is ringing they comes out and sees Anand and Gopika at their doorstep. Mithila asks the reason. Anand tells Mithila that Gopika’s decision to not to marry Saksham. Everyone gets shocked.
Precap: Saksham comes to pick up Gopika from her house. When he sees the photo frame in People’s hand he tells Gopika the world become digitalized but people are still framing their pictures instead of saving it in their cloud. Gopika gets confused. Saksham asks Gopika to open his email from his tablet when she hesitates Saksham asks her why she is acting weirdly. Gopika thinks how she is going to tell that she knows nothing. In the party everyone makes fun of Gopika. Gopika thinks that she is not desrves to be with Saksham.
