The episode starts with Sanjana missing to see Dev’s wallpaper with his family and gives few suggestions in the design. Later he leaves for counselling session. Doctor asks them to speak their heart out. Dev says he always worked and cared for keeping her and kids happy. Sonakshi says that it’s not true as he was not with her during her crucial time. She says that she never forgot or forgave him for not being there when her mother breathed her last. She says that he always expects her to accept his mother and treat her like her own and asks if it’s wrong when she expects the same from him. Dev is completely stunned with this accusation. Sonakshi leaves before Dev could explain himself. Navya says he finally found out the reason for his wife’s behaviour and asks him to take steps to resolve it.
Ishwari is worried that Sonakshi took a wrong step by consulting mental illness doctor for her Dev. Baldev explains her that it may not be the case as Sonakshi will never do that. He says it’s a counselling where two people speak their heart out to third person which they couldn’t share with each other. Ishwari is still not convinced and wants to meet Navya. Bijoy makes impossible rules for the new pg frustrating Saurabh. Elena assures that she will handle Bijoy. Dev calls Sonakshi but she doesn’t pick up. He voice texts her about how he shares a special bond with Aasha and asks her to meet him at Café once she’s calmed down. Sonakshi agrees. Dev shares with Vicky about the real reason behind Sonakshi’s anger towards him. Vicky recalls how broken how Sonakshi was then. Dev decides to make it up for what he did.
Ishwari and Radha visits Navya and says it doesn’t look like a clinic or hospital. Navya says that she’s not a doctor for body but heart. Ishwari asks her not to believe the accusations Sonakshi made on Dev as its not true. Navya says Sonakshi didn’t complain anything about Dev. She says that they both love each other a lot but just don’t express it. She says that she’s just making them open their heart to have a talk. She assures that everything will be fine and asks her to trust them. Ishwari nods not convinced fully. Elena brings a new pg who claims to be Radha’s Friend. She openly flirts with Bijoy making him cringe. He says that he already selected pg and asks her to leave. He accepts the guy selected by Saurabh. Later, it is revealed to be Elena’s plan to convince Bijoy. Dev leaves from office while Sonakshi’s is waiting for Dev in café. Sanjana calls Dev and says that police arrested her for car theft. Inspector speaks with Dev and Dev says that it’s their company car which he gave his employee for use. Inspector asks him to come and confirm it in person and cuts the call. Dev gets frustrated and calls Sonakshi but Sonakshi’s phone gets misplaced.
Precap : Vicky calls Sonakshi and says that Dev got into an accident. Sonakshi rushes to the accident spot.
