The episode begins with Ninad calling Sai to look at him once. Samrat saya that Sai is becoming emotional looking at them. He saya that it’s ICU and we all of us cannot wait here. Omkar saya lets go, Bhawani ask her to get well soon. Sunny ask Virat to drink some coconut water as he didn’t had anything. Nurse ask them why so many people are here, Samrat says that they took permission from doctor Pulkit. She gives her coconut water to drink, Sai tries to turn her face. They all requests her to have something to get well soon. Samrat says that he is concern about why Sai is not speaking. They all tries to cheer her up and get well soon so that she could return home soon. Nurse informs Virat that she is not drinking, he says that he will try as she needs to need to get well soon.
Shivani tells that it seems that Sai wants Virat to stay near her. Samrat says that they should let Virat and Sai alone, Virat gives him coconut to have. He says that he knew she is angry with him and wants to say alot to them and unable to express them that’s why she is doing this. He ask her to save her anger for later and now drink coconut. He then pretends to be her father and argues and ask Sai to drink coconut water. He is trying to cheer her up so that she could have something and get well soon.
Sai gets flash back of his father after Virat acts as his father. She gets up and hugs him, he tells her to drink. He tells her that if father would have been here he would have asked her to drink. Sunny comes inside the room and complains about Virat that he also didn’t had anything, he request Sai to tell Virat to take care of himself with her. Sai looks at Virat they together share the coconut water. Sunny and Shivani are happy. Ninad ask Pulkit wahts Sai status, he saya that he cannot confirm that she is totally fine but her condition is better then before. Shivani tells him have he noticed Sai is not speaking, he saya that she is weak that’s why she needs lots of rest.
Pulkit says that Virat is inside to meet Sai. Samrat says that he pushed him to go, Pulkit says that it’s good whatever she likes we should promote. Shivani request that when Sai will come back they all will treat her well. Pulkit saya that he is happy that Virat kept his ego aside and cares for Sai. Pulkit saya now he is happy no more problems will come in their life.
Everyone looks at Sai and Virat together, Ninad prays to God to keep them happy together. Palkhi comes and saya that Virat doesn’t want to meet Sai then what he is doing inside. She says that why everyone is happy looking at them. Virat says that he knows that she doesn’t want to talk, but still thanks her for drinking coconut water. Then he ask her to take her medicine, as nurse have given him the responsibility. He tells her that Dr. Karmakar who did her surgery asked her to stay in some peaceful area, so if she wants to go Ghatchirole, then he will take her and stay there with her. He then apologies to her if she felt bad for anything.
Precap- Virat suddenly gets up as Sai started taunting him and speaks alot with him. He tells her that he feels so good seeing her talking.
