The episode begins with Virat set Sai’s room according to her demonstration. He tells her that he is not her slave instead he is her friend. Virat after arranging her room as her how it looks, she tells him it feels like she is in new home. Virat tells her that may be Bappa fulfilled her wish. Virat ask Sai not to call him Virat sir instead call him only Virat but Sai couldn’t. So they decided to keep their nicknames. Sai called Virat Modak, she defines it for him then Virat calls her Mirchi and tells her that without her there will be no spice in anyone’s life. She tells that their combination is great with their new beginning. Virat ask her to whether she took her medicine or not, she tells him taht if she will take her medicine then she will feel sleepy and now she is tired of taking rest. Virat brings her medicine and tells her that she cannot skip them as she have to take them to get well soon. Sai says that before few days she use to round around him to take his medicine on time and now he is doing the same thing and look how angry he is getting if she is not having her medicine. Virat tells her that does she remember or not the difference between normal fever and critical surgery. She says that she remembers everything and she is thinking to joun her college from tomorrow. Virat tells her that she really got badly hurt as she didn’t remember that she had alredy taken TC from her college. She ask him not to come to her room, he tells her that he will always come to check whether she have taken her medicine or not. They keeps on pulling each other’s leg.
Samrat comes to her room. He apologies to Sai taht he couldn’t come for her discharge as he was busy preparing for Bappa. She says that when she needed him during surgery he was there and nothing else she needs, she tells that Samrat and thus family have given her immense love for which she is always grateful. Sai tells to Samrat that Virat was disturbing her, Virat tells to Samrat to tell him the truth that she was not taking her medicine. Samrat commands her to take medicine and he will scold her if she delays in taking medicine. Sai tells Samrat that she has kept Virat name as Modak. Samrat asked them the reason for keeping their nicknames, Virat tells him taht Ashwini wants them to give theri relationship a new beginning and start as friends. So how friends call each other with names that’s why they kept these names for each other, Modak and Mirchi.
Palkhi comes to Sai room, Sai ask whether she also came to know how is she? Pakhi says that no she came here to call his husband. Samrat ask her what happened, she says that whether he will go to drop her mother or not. He tells yes he will go and also ask her that out of cutesy ask Sai about her health, she says that she doesn’t believe in showoff as she can see that Sai is fit amd fine so why should she ask her.
Bhawani hears her conversation and confronts her but Pakhi changes the topic, Bhawani ask Samrat while going to drop Pakhi’s mom take Pakhi also with him. Samrat and Pakhi leaves, Bhawani tells to Sai that she have come to see her. Sai sayas that she was coming to meet her in her room. Bhawani asked why, then Sai says that whatever she has done for her and cooked such wonderfuodak especially for her. Bhawani says that she is happy the Sai likes whatever she did for her.
Precap- Virat and Sai both sleeps in seperate rooms and misses each other. Viart come sto see Sai she is sleeping. Ashwini ask Virat to give her sometime so that she can understand how attached she is with him, she ask him to wait.
