The episode starts with Angad angrily taking Kabir aside and scolding him for informing Meera. He asks him to tell Meera leave as he doesn’t want any ruckus here. Kabir says that he loved her.
Angad says that it’s not, there was a relationship which is broken now. He demands Kabir to ask her leave. Doctor arrives and tells Sakhujas that Amrita is responding, so they may not do operation, but Amrita lost lot of water, if Amrita be able to gather her strength and be able to push the baby, normal delivery is possible, everything depends on Amrita’s condition and asks them to pray, they’re doing their best.
Doctor asks Amrita to push. Amrita recalls her moment with Karan and tries hard to push. Meanwhile Guneet and Nimmo are praying to God recalling Amrita’s words about the baby. Angad and Kabir also recalling Amrita’s advice to them. At home Dadaji and Biji are praying. Pritam recalls Amrita’s talk and prays to God for Amrita hiding.
Doctor arrives and congratulates the Sakhujas and says Amrita’ delivered a baby boy. They ask about Amrita. Doctor says that she’s fine. Family cries in happiness saying that their Karan is back and they congratulate each other. Angad dances out of happiness. Meera tries to hug Angad, but he stops her. Kabir side hugs Meera and dances with her. Doctor arrives and says that this is hospital. Guneet says sorry.
Doctor says that she hasn’t told them earlier, it’s a complicated case as Amrita lost lot of water and baby had difficulty to breathe, if Amrita wasn’t brought to the hospital, the baby might have died in the womb. She asks where’s the gentleman who brought Amrita in right time at home. She asks them to celebrate go and celebrate outside. She is going to see the patient and the baby is in the care room. She leaves.
Sakhujas regret their behavior towards Pritam. Guneet asks Angad and Kabir to find Pritam and says that Amrita delivered their Karan so that he feels relieved. Angad and Kabir agree and leaves. Guneet goes to call and inform Dadaji. Pritam asks his friends to go and check what happened to Amrita. They notice Angad and Kabir coming towards them. Angad and Kabir push Pritam on the ground and say together it’s a baby boy. They make him stand and says it’s a normal delivery. Pritam says Rahul. Angad says that their Karan is back. Angad and Kabir thank Pritam and hug him.
They dance and drag Pritam and his friends to dance with them. Rathi phones Pritam. Pritam says that he’s happy today, he will talk to him later. Rathi asks if it’s his baby, so he is happy. Pritam gets shocked and looks around. Rathi says that he made him his enemy by double crossing him, by giving him fake RDX. His men are in the hospital and threatened to kill everyone if he doesn’t return the original RDX. That woman will die first, then her baby and lastly him.
Pritam’s friends come to him. Pritam warns to kill him if he does anything with those innocent. Rathi says that his men were following him in the car and they could have shot him. Pritam realises that they are Rathi’s men. Rathi says that his men are in the hospital and they can do anything with him, that woman and her baby. He laughs Pritam tells his friends that Rathi’s men are in the hospital. Angad asks Pritam why he’s worried, who is Rathi. Pritam says that he’s his client. They go inside the hospital.
Rathi’s man disguised as hospital staff take Amrita and her baby. The Sakhujas ask them where they’re taking Amrita and her baby. The man says that they’re shifting them to general ward. Guneet asks to see the baby. He refuses saying baby can infected and ask them to wait and leave. On the way he sees Pritam.
He covers Amrita’s face and takes her. Pritam meets the Sakhujas and congratulates them. Guneet and Nimmo apologize to him for scolding and beating him. They thank him for saving Amrita and her baby. Pritam asks if Amrita is fine. Meera says that she’s fine and they saw her. Nimmo asks Pritam why he keeps looking around and seems tensed. Pritam says that he’s like that after hearing the good news.
Pritam asks the Sakhujas who is Meera. Kabir says to Pritam that he told him in the terrace. Pritam nods ok. Nimmo asks what he said. Angad says to Nimmo not now. Pritam’s friends drag Pritam away and asks where Rathi’s men. Pritam says Rathi’s men tried to shot him on their way. A nurse gives Amrita and her baby file to Sakhujas and says that they shift her to the general ward. Soni says that Amrita got shifted in the general ward.
The nurse denies and says who will shift her, she was preparing the file. Pritam asks she didn’t took them. The nurse denies. Nimmo says that a wardboy and a nurse took them. The nurse says that male staff isn’t allowed in the labor room. Sakhujas wonder who took Amrita, they even took baby with them. Pritam , Angad and Kabir go to check in the general ward.

Precap: Rathi asks Pritam to return his RDX in two hours else he will kill that woman and her baby.
