Today’s episode starts Akshara recalling her moments with Abhimanyu. Akhilesh asks Akshara if she is feeling dizzy. Arohi says she feels dizzy too. Akshara recall Arohi’s word where she mentioned that she is excited for her alliance with Abhimanyu. There, Manjiri gets excited for Abhimanyu’s marriage. Abhimanyu meet Manjiri and says he is happy. He sees fenugreek seeds and asks Manjiri to prepare ladoo of fenugreek. Manjiri asks why. Abhimnayu recall Akshara’s explanation on fenugreek seed and asks Manjiri to prepare. He was about to reveal to Manjiri about Akshara but Mahima interrupts him. Mahima made an excuse and send Abhimanyu to the hospital. She smirks.
Abhimanyu see fenugreek seeds and smile. Goenkas gets excited. Arohi decide to light lamp in front of God. Manish, Suhasini and others think Arohi is happy for Aksahra. They think duo relationship is mending. Akshara gets restless. Kairav asks Akshara the reason behind her restlessness. There, Arohi light lamp in front of God. She thanks God for making her Jodi with Abhimanyu.
Later, Akshara reveal to Kairav that Arohi has a feelings for Abhimanyu and she was cluless. Kairav gets shocked. Akshara and Kairav look for a way to fix the mess. Here, Abhimanyu decide to message Akshara before going to operation theatre. He fail to send the message to Akshara. Other side, Goenkas plan Abhimanyu and Akshara’s wedding. Manjiri shocks Goenkas by telling that she is excited for Arohi and Abhimanyu. Manish asks Swarna if she didn’t mentioned to Manjiri about Akshara’s alliance with Abhimanyu. Swarna says she forgot to mention the name. Manish and Kairav ecide to figure out how Arohi felt that Abhimanyu wanted to make any alliance with Arohi.
Here, Abhimanyu does the surgey. He reveals to other doctors that case is getting complicated and they should be ready for any end result. In the meantime, Arohi asks Goenkas to ask what they want to confront. Goenkas asks Arohi why she felt Abhimanyu like her. Arohi says he made her meet Manjiri on video call and if boy likes a girl first of all make her meet his mother. She further quotes the incidents that confirmed her that Abhimanyu likes her. Arohi gets excited for her alliance with Abhimanyu. Goenkas and Akshara decide to plan pre-wedding function for Arohi. They decide to hide the confusion from Arohi. Akshara stands teary.
