The episode starts with Chandana wishing Kajol should have died instead of her father. Kajol hears her mother on the phone and starts crying thinking she did nothing to bring insult for her family. Kajol thinks she has no affair with Anurag and he is a very good person who is just trying to help her. Anurag’s grandmother scolds his father and aunt that how could they let such characterless girl take part in family’s puja.
Sharmila tells her that Kajol is a very simple girl and she is an image of Anjali. Anurag’s grandmother tells her own family insulted her and you all shouldn’t even let such girl anywhere near Anurag. Sharmila thinks how will she explain to her that Kajol is Anurag’s choice too.
Anurag asks Sharmila if she saw Kajol anywhere because he is really worried. Sharmila tells so much has happened with her she might have gone back to home. Anurag tells so much have happened with her that is why she won’t go home. Priyanka tells Anurag to let Kajol be alone for some time.
Anurag tells how can they all not be worried about her. Priyanka tells Anurag why is he concerned so much. Anurag says we care for people we love and tells he doesn’t need to clarify anything to her. Sharmila tells finally Anurag’s told his feelings and he loves Kajol.
Kajol remembers asking her father why does Durga Maa leave us every year? Bishu tells Kajol she leaves with all our problems so that we can fight with newer problems bravely. Kajol prays to Durga Maa to make her mother understand that she did not do anything wrong. Kajol prays for Anurag’s well being.
Anurag does Puja of Maa and prays to give him enough strength to take away Kajol’s pain. A little girl comes playing with football near Kajol and is about to fall from the cliff. Kajol rushes to save her and holds her hand before falling from the cliff. Kajol pulls her up with great difficulty and saves her life.
Kajol’s leg slips from the cliff and she falls down. Anurag watches Kajol fall from the cliff and rushes to save her. Kajol holds on to duppata and Anurag tries to pull her up. Anurag thinks Kajol was about to suicide and he saves her life. Kajol becomes unconscious and Anurag tells her to open her eyes he won’t raise his voice at her ever again.
Arjun and his family comes to Kajol’s house and tells they cannot keep getting insulted like this again and again. Chandana tells the not to give the punishment of one daughter’s mistake to another daughter. Anurag brings an unconscious Kajol home. Chandana tells Anurag why did he come here but Thakur Maa shuts her up and asks Anurag what has happened to Kajol? The episode ends with Anurag telling Thakur Maa that Kajol tried to take her life.
