The episode starts with Anurag talking on phone and telling to get his US Visa processed quickly. Priyanka overhears Anurag and comes to his chamber to ask where is he going. Anurag tells he has an important case and calls the ACP regarding Bishu’s case. Anurag tells Priyanka he is got an offer from a hospital in New York so he is going to work there.
Priyanka tells how can he leave her like this and who will run his hospital? Anurag tells life doesn’t stop because of one people and everything will be managed. Priyanka thinks Anurag is leaving because of Kajol and she has to do something about it. Anurag thinks one he can get Kajol rid of her money problems he can leave peacefully.
Dida Maa calls Priyanka to meet her. Kajol prays to Maa Durga for everyone’s prosperity. Sharmila comes to temple and tells Durga Maa that Anurag has told her not to talk with Kajol but if she doesn’t talk with her Anurag will leave to US.
Sharmila asks Durga Maa if Anurag and Kajol’s relationship did not have her blessing why did she let Kajol come in his life and faints. Kajol hears a lady falling unconscious and comes to help her. Sharmila gets glad finding Kajol in temple. Kajol tells Sharmila to drink some water and is about to call Anurag.
Sharmila stops Kajol from calling Anurag and tells her about Anurag going to US. Sharmila makes Kajol promise her that she will stop Anurag. Kajol thinks she promised to stop Anurag hut how will she do so. Grandmother meets Priyanka and tells her only she can stop Anurag. Priyanka tells Grandmother that Anurag is leaving because Kajol broke his heart and if he stays away from her he will forget her.
Priyanka tells Dida Maa not to stop Anurag because once he forgets Kajol even she can go to US. Dida maa tells she doesn’t like Kajol at all and Priyanka is willing to leave everything and move to US for Anurag so no one can love him more than her.
Anurag watches a lady at the reception and gets excited thinking her to be Kajol. Anurag gets disappointed to find she is no Kajol. Anurag thinks why is his heart and brain making him behave like this when there is no hope. Kajol thinks she rejected Anurag’s propasal very rudely and she should apologise and tell him the reason for her rejection. Kajol comes to Anurag’s hospital and asks about Anurag at the reception. Anurag looks towards the reception but someone else comes in between Anurag thinks now he is imagining voices why would Kajol come here.
Priyanka watches Kajol at the reception and thinks she cannot let Kajol meet Anurag till he leaves for US. Priyanka calls the nurse at reception and tells her not to let Kajol inside. Kajol leaves after waiting for sometime. Priyanka tells the nurse not to let Kajol meet Anurag. The episode ends with Priyanka finding Kajol standing behind her.
