The episode starts with Gautam saying that he made his decision and he is going to tell the doctors. Suman stops him saying that he is dad also and he can’t do it. She asks Gautam to have belief that God will save both of them. Gautam cries hugging his brothers. Doctors see that Dhara’s condition is getting worsen and wonders why her family isn’t taking any decision yet. Raavi stops Anita, who has come with the file. Raavi says that Anita’s intention is wrong. She used Gautam’s helplessness and got this file. She says that her intention is wrong. Anita says that Shiva questioned her character and yet she’s staying with him. Raavi says Anita to not drag Shiva between. She will decide about forgiving Shiva for his act, but Anita didn’t even accept her deeds in front of Gautam and Dhara. Anita asks why she should apologize. She knows about Dhara’s condition from Ramlila time, she could have revealed it to Dhara and created problem between Gautam and Dhara, but she hasn’t done so as her heart is clean. Rishita arrives and takes the file from Anita and leaves with Dev.
Suman is at the temple in the hospital and prays to God to save anyhow Dhara and her baby. Suman cries. Anita arrives there and consoles her saying to have faith on God. Rishita and Dev meet doctors Seth’s. Rishita asks if they can treat Dhara. The doctor says that Dhara’s case is very complicated and suggests discontinuing this pregnancy as this is better for Dhara. Dev requests them to find any other way. The doctor says that he’s sorry there is nothing can be done.
In the hospital, Shiva is wondering where Dev and Rishita. Just then Dev and Rishita arrive. Shiva goes to them and asks to say something good. Gautam arrives and asks doctors said that Dhara will get saved if she gets shifted. He says that he will get Dhara shifted in that big hospital. Rishita says that she’s sorry, doctor Seth’s also has same opinion. Dev says that they have to discontinue Dhara’s pregnancy to save her. Gautam and everyone look shocked. Gautam recalls his and Dhara’s talk about the baby. Gautam sits down crying. Krish gets water for Gautam. He throws it. Gautam says that Dhara used to take care of Dev when he had fallen sick in his childhood, but they’re unable to do anything for Dhara. Doctors come to Gautam and asks what he had decided. Gautam says that he wanted to terminate this pregnancy shocking everyone. Doctor asks Gautam to sign the approval form to terminate Dhara’s pregnancy. Gautam recalls Dhara’s happiness and excitement for the baby. Suman calls out Gautam and says that Dhara only has the right to decide whether to keep this baby or not, not Gautam. She says to Gautam not to do the sin of snatching the baby from a mother, she will never forgive him. Gautam says that he can’t risk Dhara’s life. Suman says that Dhara will die when she will learn this. She repeats that Gautam shouldn’t decide it alone.
Rishita says that Gautam is right, Dhara is unconscious and Gautam has to take to decide. Gautam says that he had decided. Suman tries to objects it. Rishita says that the child can come later, but what if anything happened to Dhara. Suman says that they’re taking this decision in hurry and they will regret it. Shiva denies it and says that they will regret it when something happens to Dhara. Krish says that he wants Dhara. Suman says that they all become mad, they don’t believe God. Gautam says to Suman that he can’t lose Dhara to get baby. Suman snatches the form from Gautam and tears it.
