Episode begins with Luthra ladies asks Karan that where is Pihu and why he didn’t brought her with him. Karan asks Vinod to answer them. He tells Mahesh that he would have rescued Pihu but Vinod spoiled everything by sending Police there. Vinod asks him to think that kidnapper was ready to inform Pihu’s location or not. Karan recalls that what happened there and tells him that kidnapper tried to snatch the bag from him and he feels that kidnapper was not aware of Pihu’s location.
Sonakshi informs Rajeev about Vicky’s death. He gets angry and breaks things. Preeta hears noise and moves towards them. He blames Karan for Vicky’s death and tells them that he won’t leave Karan and takes the mobile. She asks him that what is he thinking to do. He tells her that she is not his boss anymore because she could not save his brother and also money. He decides to demand double amount from Karan. She gives Pihu’s location to one of the goon and asks him to bring Pihu from there. She thinks that everything messed up.
Karan realises that Vicky was not aware of Pihu’s location. Rajeev calls Karan and asks him that why the latter involved Police. Karan tells him that Vicky was not aware of Pihu’s location and asks him that where is she now. Rajeev asks him to arrange 4 crore within 30 minutes to save Pihu. He threatens to kill Pihu. Preeta overhears his conversation with Karan and she decides to search Pihu there.
Rajeev asks Karan to meet him at 4pm in the same location with 4 crore and disconnects the call. Vinod asks Karan to not take risk and kidnapper knows everything so there is an informer. He tells him that kidnapper won’t give Pihu after getting money and kidnapper’s talk proves that he wants money and also revenge for his brother’s death. He says to him that Pihu is safe until kidnapper gets money. Karan recalls that how Rajeev said to him that he never misses evening news. He goes out of the house and informs media about Pihu’s kidnap. He asks his fans to help him to find Pihu.
Rajeev watches the live news and tells his team that he will kill Pihu if Karan won’t give money then. Preeta and Sonakshi gets shocked hearing him. Preeta moves from there. Sonakshi asks Rajeev that how dare he to talk about Pihu’s death in front of her. She asks him to forget the past because their life in danger now so she will take Pihu with her. She tells them that she will give money to them and they should finish this matter before Police catches them.
Karan tells Vinod that his statement would have confused kidnappers and the latter got time to find Pihu. Srishti thinks that Sherlyn could be the informer and asks her to bring water for Karan. Sherlyn moves towards the kitchen fastly. Srishti confirms that Sherlyn is informer.
Preeta calls Karan and asks him that why he gave official statement when kidnapper warned him to not involve the Police. She tells him to give the money to kidnapper and rescue Pihu. She says to him that she won’t forgive him if anything happened to Pihu then and disconnects the call. Then she calls Srishti and informs her that she needs her help and she is in kidnapper’s hideout. She shares location to her. Sameer overhears Srishti’s conversation with Preeta and they leaves the house.
Pihu cries which irritates Rajeev. Sonakshi asks him to not worry about money because she will give money to him if he won’t get from Karan then. She tells him that she has plan B and with this plan he will get money from Karan and she will become good mother in front of Luthra’s. He agrees to execute plan B.
